My family and friends just completed our ten day stay (eight guests) and don’t know where to start to describe our stay!
The Villa is absolutely stunning, with ample space for even a lager group. The Villa is modern and the accommodations are impeccably clean with fresh, crisp sheets, great beds and modern furnishings. The grounds are well manicured and the pool and outdoor furnishings are new and well kept. The Villa is in a great, quiet and private location, and just minutes outside the downtown core of Chania and Agia Marina for choice dinning and shopping.
The concierge service was always accessible and attentive to all our reservations and service requests. I would highly recommend this villa for an exclusive stay in the Chania area. I am personally very nervous when making this type rental decision, especially when it incorporates a vacation for others, but received full marks from my traveling companions.
I can confidently recommend the villa for anyone’s vacation in Chania! Already looking forward to my next stay.....
The villa was amazing. We had about a 20 mins walk to the beach. The owner/ manager was very good and kept in touch with us all of the time.
Daratsos had a little shop and a great restaurant called Nikkos Tavern. We really enjoyed our stay and I would award it 9 out of 10 and recommend it to my friends.

You will not be disappointed booking this Villa! I was blown away when we first arrived, the property is stunning and it is even more beauitful than the photos (and sooooo spacious.) I was hosting a group of yogis for a week long retreat from Canada and everyone had a wonderful holiday. Not only was the Villa itself amazing the service was wonderful! The property management helped me from day 1 to organize my groups holiday, from airport transport, tours and private chef for the week, on top of answering any ALL of my questions. The owner and his friend also checked in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The area is a 15 min walk from the beach and shops and Chania town is only 10-15 Euro cab ride away. I cannot recommend this property enough!
In late June, we spent a wonderful 9 nights at the villa, and we were 8 pax. The host was a gracious host who took the time to show us around the facilities and give us some suggestions for restaurants and activities. I'll start with the kitchen because it's so wonderful. Fully furnished and done to a very high standard with wonderful amenities! Both the common areas and the rooms are very comfortable. Beautiful garden. Both inside and outside of the villa are spacious. On the grounds, there is also a gym and another studio with a double bed, a shower/toilet, and a small corner kitchenette. Pool was a good size but not a lap-pool. U A short drive away were supermarkets, a beach and the port of Chania. Def recommend this villa.
If you plan to visit Chania, then this Villa is ideal for a large group of 10. The beach nearby is beautiful and set in natural surroundings with calm clear water. In May we had a really wonderful stay at this great villa. it was perfect for a large family holiday for ten people - the villa is spacious; the garden lovely and the pool was a delight! The owner responded to every query immediately. and the location was great for Chania and surrounding areas. The icing on the cake was the wonderful patio area outside the living area - it had great views along the coast and was so nice for breakfast and dinner.
The villa is a lovely, spacious and modern place. Most importantly, it has fantastic outdoor area including a pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs, a large lawn for kids to play on, a beautiful covered seating area overlooking the sea and a gas barbecue. In terms of location, it is just a short drive to Chania old town and some very nice beaches. A terrific place to stay with a family!
This villa was amazing - it’s big, luxurious, extremely clean and in a great location. It’s around a 13 euro taxi into chania and a 15 minute walk to Daratsos (which is a town with restaurants and other things to do). The villa host was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on places to visit. We had no problems with our visit as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa!
