We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location was perfect to explore all the beautiful beaches of western crete, like Falassarna (only a 10 minute drive), Balos and Elafonissi. The surrounding countryside was very idyllic and not as touristic as other parts of crete. Eleni and Vassilis gave us lots of tips and informations about good restaurants and places to visit. The villa was very beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the modern and comfortable design and the sea view from our bedroom was amazing. We had a fantastic week and can warmly recommend it!
A delightful, relaxing, beautiful place... beautiful views, friendly hosts, lovely accommodation. The grounds/gardens are planted very well -- attractive, private -- and the view from the infinity pool is everything you'd want. We will return!
The Villa is part of a complex of a few luxury villas owned by Vassilis. The villa is stunning, with outstanding private amenities: incredible infinity pool, outdoor dining area, sun beds and bbq. Elini was in charge of checking us in, she is really welcoming and kind, and really looked after us well during our stay : from bespoke recommendations (beach/ tavernas/ activities) to surprise local treats she brought to us during our stay. The villa is conveniently located on the west side of the island, close to the most beautiful beaches it has to offer, which was perfect for our short stay. Thank you again, we will surely be back soon!
Had an excellent short break here in July, the villa was luxurious and comfortable with a super pool with views across the bay. Stayed as 2 couples and there was plenty of room with 2 good bedroom and ensuites. Would very highly recommend and will definitely return.

Vassilis was extremely helpful during the booking process - and guided us to the best villa for our family.
Eleni was there to meet us on arrival, and showed us all we needed to know. Everything was there we could possibly need, including things like olive oil, t bags, seasonings etc. We were very impressed with the villa and the outside space - it was all beautiful.
We hired a car so had a mix of lazy days by the pool, with bbq's at the villa, and trips to Elefonisi beach (stunning and well worth the drive across the mountains), Chania (Vassilis gave us great tips for parking etc) and Phalasarna beach. There are some lovely local tavernas only 5-10 mins drive away.
With Eleni on site most days, there was always someone to ask if you had any questions - she was very friendly and helpful. The two cleaning ladies who popped in everyday were also super smiley and friendly - always greeting us with a wave and hello.
All in all, we loved this holiday and would 100% recommend staying in this amazing villa. We'd certainly look at returning next year.

À 30 minutes de la Canée, 1h de la plage d'Elafonisi, 1h20 de Samaria en taxi et moins de 30 minutes de Balos et Falassarna. Villa très jolie et gardée très propre avec ménage quotidiennement. Vue magnifique! Cuisine équipée de façon impeccable. Vassilis et Eleni répondent à vos moindres soucis, et même plus. Restaurant Gramvousa à 5 minutes de voiture où l'on a pris plusieurs repas (absolument délicieux et charmant). Je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation lors d'une visite future!!!
The villa is just exceptional quality, beautifully equipped, fabulous service directly from the owners, the villa is very private convenient for outstanding beaches like balos bay and easy access to the national road to allow easy driving to many of the wonderful places to visit on this beautiful island. If you want privacy, luxury high quality accommodation with your own infinity pool, BBQ, comprehensively equipped and little piece of tranquil haven then stay at this villa, it's been an amazing stay and very sad to be leaving tomorrow but will definitely be back! Would give 6 out of 5 if I could!

Комплекс из нескольких современных вилл удачно расположен на холме, неподалеку от Киссамоса. Прекрасный вид на море и окрестности, уединенное расположение, достаточно удобный подъезд, тишина и спокойствие. Однозначно потребуется арендованный автомобиль, без своего транспорта неудобно. Приватность относительная, территорию некоторых вилл частично можно увидеть с других, да и с подъездных путей, но для семейного отдыха это не помеха. Вечером даже в июле может быть прохладно, расположение Киссамоса на крайнем западе Крита открывает его всем ветрам. Днем это дает приятный бриз, ночью же иногда довольно громкий шелест листьев может быть несколько дискомфортен. В остальном же - всё на высшем уровне. Бассейн, приветливость управляющей, чистота - всё идеально. Вилла подходит как для отдыха "если всё надоело" в стиле "не ходите здесь, и не трогайте меня", так и в качестве базы для активных экскурсий по окрестностям (а посмотреть там есть на что). We were greeted and got some really good hints for what we could see, and the sweet employee came during our stay continuously in a lovely discreet way past (about every other day) and asked "Is every thing okay" :)
We used our private pool a lot and we also "sled a lot" on the amazing view. It was very peaceful and private. The only thing you just had to turn to was the cicadas, which made a lot of noises, but it's also not easy to live on a "mountain" with olive trees, and at the same time not experience nature in close proximity.
Everything very clean and tidy, and the house seemed like it was only a few years old, and it was cleaned several times during the week. The kitchen was equipped with everything and there was also a brand new Weber charcoal grill.
