We were very satisfied with our accommodation! The location was unique. We felt incredibly comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean, and almost everything was available in the kitchen. The service was perfect. We were always able to communicate and always received a response. The outdoor area was also very nice! A heated hot tub would earn a 1 with an asterisk, but regardless of that, the stay was perfect! Thank you so much for the wonderful memory!

We stayed for 3 nights total. The host checked us in at 0100 after our flight got in late and gave great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic place to stay and explore the area. Great location that made it very easy to visit multiple amazing beaches and the restaurants in the area were great!
Is slightly smaller than the photos show but fine for two of us. The local taverna was great too and a 2 minute walk up the hill. We didn’t have a car (which was recommended) so we were quite isolated. A taxi to Falasarna beach cost us 25 euros each way so we didn’t visit the beach as much as we’d like to. The outdoor space was lovely as was the indoor and the rooms were very nice. Would recommend but would suggest a car.
Our stay has been great, great villa, great swimming pool, great position, Irene was always available, late check in very easy, few minutes from amazing beaches, amazing view from the villa and from the swimming pool
Wonderful stay, beautiful house very tastefully decorated and furnished. Pool was amazing as were the outside areas. Note- this is location by Taverna Mouraki on the hillside. The taverna does delivery, which was great for us as we have a small baby.
The view from the terrace is indescribable. The area was very quiet, there was no construction noise anymore as described in one of the previous reviews. The pool is beautiful but not additionally heated, which can only be missing in the fall.
Communication was outstanding. Both with the contact person and with the local host. So kindly and warmly Irene welcomed us and showed us everything and gave us many valuable tips. She was always reachable. It was truly a dream vacation. The area is also perfect for a successful vacation. We as a family would spend our vacation here again in a heartbeat.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this property. The place was very clean and well located. The hosts were very friendly and were very flexible and helpful in every situation!
The view is breathtaking and the beach you can see from the property is very suitable to spend the day there.
There is only one negative point, unfortunately the pool is not heatable. That was a shame in the dark and on cooler days.
Before we arrived we were not sure if it could really look as beautiful in Reality as on the pictures. But it is an absolutely beautiful House with a great pool area and enough space for everyone. REALLY REALLY AWESOME. We got a lot of Information and Help from the manager and in crete irene was caring a lot. She gave us a feeling of being home, she gave us Informations if we needed and tips where e.g. to go to eat.

Unforgettable experience in a brand new villa overlooking the west coast of Crete with the most spectacular sunsets. Tucked among the olive trees, quiet breeze, and cleanest of air, vacation experience is superb. Villa was clean, modern design and very easy to find. Local restaurant were delicious and very friendly.
We extend the special thanks to the welcoming host, that made our experience the most comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure we had great stay. We can not wait for to go back.
We had everything what we need to enjoy our holiday in Crete. Well maintenance kitchen. Swimming pool - water in September was warm after 10am when sun was shining. Barbecue kit is excellent for preparation dinner and easy to use. We had let arrival and host was happy to check us in.
We booked the accommodation for my family in July/August for three weeks, two adults and two small children. The reality and especially the view outside, as well as the great sunsets, far outperform the photos! Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, there were problems with the water 1-2 times, which should not have been the case considering the price, but the owners took care of a very loving, proactive and timely remedy. Five stars for the best stay my family has had so far!!

The entire villa is well stocked that made our visit worry free. The kitchen was well stocked with knifes, utensils, cookware, etc. to cook meals and the host had graciously supplied a few essentials for our first morning as well.
The host was also fabulous - showed us around the villa, gave us quite a few recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated having someone local with local knowledge.

You get to enjoy the best view and sunset on the island. The pool is amazing; when you swim in it the pool extends into the ocean. The house is great as well; the kitchen is well supplied and a gas barbecue is available. We will make sure to come back!
