We have just returned from a stunning week in this beautiful villa. We arrived late in the evening due to a delay and were greeted with a smile by the host and shown around the villa. The villa itself is immaculate and has everything you could need for a perfect week in the sun. The 2 bedrooms are very similar in size & both have lovely en-suite bathrooms with showers. We had constant hot water and great water pressure. The bedrooms have fantastic air con and also lead out onto a balcony in each.
Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, WC and lounge area.
Once the sun had come up we realised how special this villa really is- the outdoor area will take your breath away. There is a panoramic view of the coast, mountains & beach below.
The pool is very clean & safe for my 9 year old. The loungers are comfy and there are shaded areas if needed.
Taverna Mouraki is a 4 min walk away.

We have just returned from a fantastic 9 night stay at this villa & genuinely could not fault it.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, & offers some of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen. The pool is great, with the added bonus of a separate children's section that our 3 year old son absolutely loved.
The location is excellent. Taverna Mouraki is just a 3 minute walk away. The food is great & the staff are lovely, showing exceptional kindness to our son. There is also a supermarket & pharmacy just a 5 minute drive away, while the beach is only 5 minutes in the opposite direction by car. For families with young children, we highly recommend visiting the local "Baby Beach" which offers a safe sheltered area for little ones to enjoy the sea.
Outstanding hosts. They went above & beyond to accommodate us, responded quickly to all communications & made both the booking process & our stay completely stress free.

Stunning location with beautiful views. The sunsets were something else. The villa is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The outside area is a really nice size with various places to sit and enjoy the views. The villa is cleverly designed with views from every room. Irene the host was just a joy. She was so efficient, immediate responses to any enquiries, great recommendations. Manager were also excellent, everything was so well organised, including car hire and airport transfers. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The amenities are great, it was really almost more beautiful than in the pictures. It was all very clean. The view is a dream. Every evening we had a beautiful view of the sunset. The owner (Eirini) welcomed us very warmly and had many tips for excursions and restaurants. Also always super nice and always helpful and available at any time. Although there are 5 villas there, you don't notice the other villas. You are really on your own and you only hear the birds and the sheep. A very relaxing holiday. We can absolutely recommend the villa!

The view is amazing and everything is brand new. Restaurants, a Bakery and small Supermarket are not far away. The Beach is just 7 minutes away, by car.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The villa was beautiful, elegant and thoughtfully designed. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true luxury retreat. We loved the infinity pool & breathtaking views, as well as the outdoor lounge area which made us feel like we were in a private resort! Hosts were extremely responsive, kind and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, and even some welcome goodies when we arrived! Very private space! We rented a car, which is definitely needed in order to drive to restaurants, beaches, etc.
Absolutely gorgeous. You can spend an entire week here relaxing or use it as a hopping off point to explore nearby beaches, secluded lagoons, cool hikes, and the town of Chania. The host is very helpful with excellent recommendations.
The Villa was just as described and is in a beautiful setting. The location is high up a hill which provides a beautiful view of the distant beach. But once you are there it's a bit isolating - a very steep climb to the street and not accessible to the beach, you definitely need a car which we had. There are some convenient shops and restaurants within driving distance and Irene provided excellent suggestions.
The weather was not great when we were there, chilly and very windy so we couldn't make use of the pool, but it was a nice place to sit and watch the sunset and admire the view.
Our landlady was extremely friendly and gave us great tips. The house, the decor, the view: everything incredibly beautiful. The beaches nearby were also great! The restaurants in the area were also very good. Everything was very clean. At the end of October, the beautiful pool was clearly too cold for swimming, but the sea gave us a lot of swimming pleasure. Thanks for a great vacation!
The villa is fantastically located with great views elevated above the bay of Phalasarna. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the lounger. The furnishings and room layout are very good and everything is sparkling clean. The exposed location can bring a little unrest to the terrace on windy days, but this is definitely compensated by the view. All in all great. We felt very comfortable. Due to the wind, the pool was tlw. A little cold, but that can also be due to previous rain. Very helpful and accommodating hosts!

It's location is ideal too, 5 minutes to the beach, two restaurants within walking distance and dozens (literally) within the same 5/10 minutes drive, including the upmarket Motakis which feels more like Provence than Crete!
Irene is a very helpful host and can point you to all the best places...we cannot fault anything about our stay other than it was too short!
A lovely stay in a fantastic home with the nicest views and short to a really nice beach. Attentive and helpful host made the stay even better.
The villa is brand new, fantastically beautiful and modernly furnished, with a great view of Falassarna. There are great restaurants in the area restaurants and the most beautiful beaches of Crete.
