Pastel tones have been selected for the walls to discreetly match the off-white leather couch, while decorative items and furniture playfully add colorful bright nuances. The contemporary furniture along with the black chaise-longue and the lighting radiate a refined modern atmosphere. Large windows which lead directly to the swimming pool create an airy feeling in the living room, while the adjacent dining area and a fully equipped kitchen are ideal for guests who enjoy gatherings and preparing dinner together.
Levels: On the ground floor there is also a guest bathroom as well as two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower. On the upper level of the villa Adam there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom which harmoniously combines modern and classical elements has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with views of the swimming pool and the sea. On this level, there are two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a tub.
Outdoors the residence features a swimming pool with waterfalls for a soothing dive while enjoying the peacefulness of the scenery. Relaxing sun beds are available around the pool as well as an outdoor sitting area where guests can relax and an extra outdoor dining area ideal for a casual gathering or a special private dinner.
Villa Adam is an ideal destination for a family or group of people seeking privacy and relaxation at only 15 minutes drive from Sounio and the majestic Temple of Poseidon, 20 minutes drive from the airport, and 40 minutes from Athens center. Villa Adam welcomes comfortably up to 10 guests.
Sounio is located on the southern edge of Attica, 69 km from Athens. It combines stunning natural landscapes, archaeological sites of great historical significance as well as beautiful beaches. Arriving at Sounio you will see the imposing Temple of Poseidon, an impressive Doric-style temple, dating back to the 5th century B.C. The best time of the day to visit it is in the afternoon to watch the beautiful sunset. During the day you can visit Legraina beach which is among the largest beaches around Sounio with golden sand and emerald waters. A more organized beach would be Charakas. We were a group of 9 people and had a wonderful time in Thimari. The area is very pretty and by car it is easy to reach different beaches! But we also loved to spend some time at the pool with salty water which is good for your health. The host was very nice and helpful, we always got very quick answers to our questions. Thank you once again for your advices! The house is quite big and includes all the necessary stuff you need to enjoy some super nice holidays ! I definitely recommend!

Incredible home in an incredible setting. The pool was perfect and the nearby beach was so charming. We spent our days at the nearby beach sitting under the shade of the pine trees, eating local fruits and salads, listening to the cicadas, and swimming. The sea was filled with beautiful fish to watch. The home has an outdoor grill and lots of outdoor seating options. The AC and the Internet worked perfectly for the times we had to plug back in, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
We had a great time at the villa. Was very clean and spacious, nice big modern kitchen and living area. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect in the sweltering heat. Lovely little beach 5mins walk away. Hosts were very welcoming and super helpful - really went out of their way to do extra things for us whenever we needed. Definitely need cars to get around but there is a lot to do in the area.
Villa Adam was truly such an amazing place, just as described and it was important for us but what made the staying feel like HOME for my family was Konstantino’s hospitality . He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable . I have been staying in so many airbnb’s listings but never met anyone so eager to help us with things like; car rental, airport transportation, local tips and guidelines as well as having a nice conversation. He totally represents the best of Greek hospitality. Location of the Villa was great for relaxing with family and friends yet close enough to amazing points of interest such as; “Poseidon Temple” and “Vouliagmeni Lake”. and beaches too. The house itself its spacious, modern filled with everything you could possibly need. not forgetting the pool which was fantastic I also would like to recognize John from B&J management, for being super quick replying any inquire we had and arranging every request. Thank you very much John such a pleasure
