Villa 340 sq.m. in three floors: Two living rooms - dining rooms, billiard hall, two kitchens, four bedrooms, four bathrooms with toilets (one of them has a Jacuzzi), huge verandas in front of the villa on each floor.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas and large front windows overlooking the pool (in summer the windows open and the living room becomes a single area with a veranda of the pool, in the back of the hall there is a dining room and a billiard room, and on the ground floor there is one bedroom with two double beds (for the elderly family members), a shower room with a toilet and a fully equipped summer kitchen.
On the second floor of the second living room - dining room also with large front windows with panoramic sea views and access to the veranda. In the back of the hall is a large main kitchen, a shower room with a toilet and a storage room with all household equipment, and a washing and drying machine. On the third floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of the VIP bedrooms with a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi. With two bedrooms a delightful panoramic view of the sea from the beds. From the third bedroom a view of the green mountain landscape.
Sea Melody Anavissos is comfortably furnished and equipped with all new appliances. Quality wi-fi in the territory and in the houses, air conditioners, 4 tv, music center, mosquito nets, hairdryers in each bathroom, iron, board, washing, and drying machines. Also fully equipped two kitchens: ceramic electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with cooling of drinking water and freezer, toaster, boiler, coffee maker, mixer, juicer in every kitchen. In the VIP bedroom king size bed for 2 persons, in the second bedroom there is a double bed for 2 persons, in the third bedroom two single beds for two persons, In the fourth bedroom large double bed for two persons. Also a single bed for the 9th person to the ground floor's living room.
In addition to these great amenities, Sea Melody Anavissos also boasts a fenced garden and a private 12mx5m swimming pool, perfect for taking advantage of the area’s sunny climate. The pool is operational during the spring and summer months.
Palea Fokaia is a coastal settlement of Eastern Attica. It is located on the coast of Saronikos, between Sounion and Anavissos. It includes the settlements of Thymari, Agia Fotini and Katafygi. Anavissos is one of the most popular and beautiful beach resorts situated close to Cape Sounion, 52 km southeast of Athens city center.
