The house can sleep up to 15 people in 6 bedrooms. Each of the five en-suite bedrooms has a double bed and its own balcony with sea views. The Master Bedroom is located all its own on the top floor (level 2) has a dressing room and a Jacuzzi-style bathtub and shower. It’s also has a double desk and from its balcony guests enjoy the most privileged views. Three more bedrooms are located on the third story (level 1) and one of them additionally has a sofa bed. On the garden level (-1) there is also a spacious fifth bedroom with a sofa bed and a sixth smaller bedroom with a single bed and separate full bathroom that also serves the gym which is on -1 level as well.
On level 0 there is the lovely fitted kitchen with all the required amenities and has a terrace for entertainment. There are two lounge areas with fireplaces and two dining areas and together they can seat at least 15 people. A WC is located on that floor level as well. The house has a main office room on level 0 for those needing to work while away. The house has fast Wifi internet. The living area has a /V as does the bedroom on the top floor. The garage fits two cars and has a direct entrance into the house. The house is air-conditioned throughout.
The curated garden and pool area are also wonderful for relaxing and entertaining. The large freshwater pool has a shallow end of 1m. and a deep end of 3,40m. / Pool dimensions: 10m*5m. This exclusive area of Voula is a quiet, established, and leafy neighborhood with easy access allowing for the ultimate Greek holiday experience. It is close to the best beaches and some of the nicest restaurants and entertainment spots of the Greek capital.
Voula Athens is one of the most popular beaches at the suburbs of Athens, 18km from the city center. It is situated in a lovely coastal location with increasing tourism. The homonymous beach is a popular spot for the Athenians. Moreover, Voula beach has been recently awarded a Blue Flag for its clean waters and quality. In Voula beach, you will find various sports facilities, such as a basketball court, a tennis court, mini-golf, and a volleyball court. Also, there is a future project for the current camping area to be transformed into glamping which is a combination of traditional camping with luxurious facilities. Voula beach can be easily accessed by tram and bus from the center of Athens.

Athens Riviera is a breath away from the beautiful capital, just a 30-40 minute drive from amazing beaches sheltered by the Saronic Gulf, which stretches from the southern suburbs of Athens to the southernmost point, Cape Sounio. The tram goes from Syntagma square to Voula and has made much of the Riviera accessible on foot, though for the more secluded beaches you will need private transportation. The main areas going from north to south along the Athens Riviera are Faliro, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Varkiza, Lagonissi, Saronida, Anavyssos. The choices are endless; swim or relax at a waterfront café or dine by the sea, walk along the picturesque pedestrian streets and explore the beautiful marinas, exercise your favorite water sport, play golf or watch a film in an outdoor cinema, indulge yourself in shopping in modern malls, or start a memorable night at one of the coastal exclusive clubs.
