Its architectural line is minimalistic designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is new, consisting of three levels, basement, ground level, first floor, and roof garden.
The basement has wide spaces and a separate entrance for those who want extra privacy. It is equipped with a professional surround sound system and a home cinema media station with the latest movies & TV-series. It also features a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen, a sauna, a billiard table, and a laundry room.
The ground floor, where the main entrance is, consists of a living room with a comfortable couch, a 60” TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6, and a fireplace. From this floor, guests can access the pool and the yard area where they can find an extra dining table for 6 along with several sunbeds. This is the perfect spot for cooling down during the day or throwing a BBQ.
The first floor features a master king-sized bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath tub as well as a second bedroom with a double bed. Both share spectacular views even from the bed area.
