Skopelos gained fame as one of the filming locations of the Hollywood movie Mamma Mia, more particularly the church of Agios Ioannis Kastri is where the wedding scenes of the movie were filmed and is also known to the wider public as the Mamma Mia church!The two main villages of Skopelos are Town and Glossa, found in a higher altitude upon the hill, enjoying fascinating blue vistas of the Aegean Sea. Even more wonderful than the stunning photographs suggest is Villa Nefeli. The breathtaking vistas, elegant decor, amenities, and service were unmatched. It could be challenging to find another holiday that meets this standard! It was a delight for us to have stayed at the resort because the owners clearly put their hearts into it. We really hope to go back.
Wonderful villa with lovely views of the Chora port and a tiny outdoor pool. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. great amenities, including daily cleaning. Definitely a recommendation.
Due to the fact that the villa is a part of a hotel, daily cleaning and sheet changes are required. The harbor is magnificently visible from the first floor.
