Stafylos in Skopelos is located on the southern side of the island at a distance of 4 km from the town, and it is the first beach someone meets while coming from the center. It is one of the most famous beaches, and it took its name from king Stafylos whose grave was found there. It is a beautiful bay adorned with pines, a sandy beach and crystalline waters accessible by a sloping road, 500 meters from the bus stop and a staircase which brings you down to the shore where you will be met with a delightful setting. The pristine environment with beautiful wooded hills embracing the beach and fresh water pouring down from a spring create a divine scenery. This beach is ideal for snorkeling around the coves of the bay.
