It is close to Skopelos Town (3,5 km), Stafilos Beach (1 km), Supermarket, and Petrol Station (1,5 km). The spacious Villa secures a quiet and calm environment for a fantastic holiday. Because of its elevated position, the view from the terraces is magnificent.
The ground floor of the Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a fireplace, and a piano, all in an open floor plan. There is also a bathroom equipped with a shower. French doors lead to the big terrace that is perfect for outside dining and swimming at the pool. A staircase leads to the top floor, which contains 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to their own paved balcony and have a double bed. The third bedroom has windows and 2 single beds that can be easily converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, and a washing machine. The decoration of all spaces is traditional, influenced by the island and our furniture is made of wood.
Stafylos in Skopelos is located on the southern side of the island at a distance of 4 km from the town, and it is the first beach someone meets while coming from the center. It is one of the most famous beaches, and it took its name from king Stafylos whose grave was found there. It is a beautiful bay adorned with pines, a sandy beach and crystalline waters accessible by a sloping road, 500 meters from the bus stop and a staircase which brings you down to the shore where you will be met with a delightful setting. The pristine environment with beautiful wooded hills embracing the beach and fresh water pouring down from a spring create a divine scenery. This beach is ideal for snorkeling around the coves of the bay.
Skopelos is a beautiful island of the Sporades island group, located between Skiathos and Alonissos. It is especially popular with families and couples due to its tranquil environment and rare charm. Skopelos gained fame as one of the filming locations of the Hollywood movie Mamma Mia, more particularly the church of Agios Ioannis Kastri is where the wedding scenes of the movie were filmed and is also known to the wider public as the Mamma Mia church! The two main villages of Skopelos are Town and Glossa, found in a higher altitude upon the hill, enjoying fascinating blue vistas of the Aegean Sea. Skopelos beaches boast crystalline waters embraced by lush green backdrops that create a paradisiac effect. Skopelos island is accessible by ferries from the ports of Volos or Agios Konstantinos in the Greek mainland.

The Villa is magnificent, period. A stunning view of Skopelos' lush hills, watching the sun set from the terrace is fantastic. The mattresses are cozy, and the place is spotlessly clean. Beautiful Greek-style (porcelain) decorations and photos on the walls make you feel at home. If a problem arises, the host is always available to address it. highly suggestable
The villa is very clean, very nicely furnished, and quite useful. The hosts' near proximity makes it possible to have a point of contact in case of an emergency. Stafylos Beach is accessible on foot, and the main town is only a short distance away (15 mins). I highly suggest it.
With a stunning valley view and absolute peace and quiet, Stafylos beach is only a 3-minute drive away. We were at ease! The hosts were kind and accommodating, and their villa was in excellent condition! We'd adore returning!
