Both suites are a small apartment-style with a modern kitchenette (with a fringe, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave), bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV. Room area 30 sqm. The pool lies in front of the Villa, offering an astonishing sea view.
Agia Paraskevi and the homonymous beach found on the island of Skiathos have been named after the chapel located in the area. Agia Paraskevi is at a distance of 7 kilometers from Skiathos Town. The village spreads in a large valley with a stream running year round. The beautiful architecture of Sporades with tiled roofs and primed houses give this village a beautiful flair enhanced by tall trees and aspens to sit under their shade. Agia Paraskevi is a resort that apart from its touristic amenities offers excellent dining with fresh fish dishes. As for nightlife, there are plenty of bars and cafes in the area to keep the fun going. The town of Skiathos nearby is another alternative. The beach of Agia Paraskevi is one of the largest on the island with a calm sea ideal for jet skiing and other water sports. From here, you could also rent boats to go on small trips around the island. The beach is usually busy, but there are two isolated smaller beaches right next to it. For hiking lovers, there are walking trails to Kechria through the lush green valley. A traditional feast on the name day of the church (26th July) will be an interesting cultural experience, and definitely a tasty one, with traditional dishes, a lot of music and traditional dance!

The host was top-notch. He was extremely helpful and pleasant! He made some excellent recommendations for the best restaurants, beaches, and how to get a vehicle to travel to the most stunning beaches. The staff was quite polite, and the rooms were spotless! The pool is excellent! The villa was wonderful, and we heartily recommend it!
It's a fantastic location. It has an expansive outlook because it is located just at the top of the hill. It is superbly situated between the best beaches and is close to the bustling center of Skiathos. The best aspect, though, is that it's the ideal spot to watch the sun set over the emerald-green mountains snuggled close to the gorgeously blue Aegean Sea every day. The pool is wonderful—warm, spotless, and revitalizing. Also, the outdoor area is excellent for dining, unwinding, and playing backgammon.
Everything about my time here was fantastic. The owner, was a wonderful host. He personally welcomed us upon our arrival, offered us many helpful pointers and suggestions about where to go on the island, and assisted in organizing the activities. The property was ideal for us; it was spotless every day and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, a hair dryer, a coffee maker, and beach towels. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and beside the pool because of the wonderful views. Ideal for running straight from the house to various trails and relaxing at the pool in the morning. The ideal decision in Skiathos!
This is a fantastic place to stay in a lovely and tranquil setting. Very cozy with all the necessities. The perfect host, takes care of everything while simultaneously providing you a sense of seclusion and personal space. I'm grateful. We will undoubtedly come back.
