The villa can accommodate up to 8 people while it has four suite size bedrooms, a large common area with a full equipped kitchen and a living room, a private pool, private parking and a mountain and sea view. Also, the villa complies with the requirements for disabled people.
Baby items such as a bed, a baby bath and a dining chair for your child are available. This is a high-quality construction with all the modern technologies embedded providing an excellent living.
Elios Private Living Villa has a total area of 188sq.m which develops on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. Also, on the same floor, you can find a room and two bathrooms. The internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the visitor meets three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The usage of stone and the natural coatings in earthy colours combined with the furnishings and the unique quality beds and the Coco-mat sleep system creates a sense of familiar and warm space.
The seaside village of Elios or else Neo Klima is a truly magnificent place as it is rich in natural resources and stunning beauty. Built right where a freshwater stream from Delphi Mountain ends. The village ends literally in the Aegean Sea where the beaches finish in the sand and small pebbles. The two beaches of the village are Elios beach and Hovolo beach and are truly gorgeous with crystal clear waters.
Elios is 24 km away from the town of Skopelos and only some minutes away from Glossa village. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming and during summer you can find traditional restaurants with local cuisine, as well as relaxing cafes to enjoy the view of the sea. The organized beach features sun loungers and umbrellas, while the nearby Hovolo beach was voted as one of the most beautiful beaches of Greece, it has exotic beauty, fine sand with white rocks, and crystal turquoise waters surrounded by pine forest.
Skopelos is a beautiful island of the Sporades island group, located between Skiathos and Alonissos. It is especially popular with families and couples due to its tranquil environment and rare charm. Skopelos gained fame as one of the filming locations of the Hollywood movie Mamma Mia, more particularly the church of Agios Ioannis Kastri is where the wedding scenes of the movie were filmed and is also known to the wider public as the Mamma Mia church! The two main villages of Skopelos are Town and Glossa, found in a higher altitude upon the hill, enjoying fascinating blue vistas of the Aegean Sea. Skopelos beaches boast crystalline waters embraced by lush green backdrops that create a paradisiac effect. Skopelos island is accessible by ferries from the ports of Volos or Agios Konstantinos in the Greek mainland.

The villa is elegantly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. From the terrace you have a nice sea view.
The villa is brand-new, roomy, and cozy, has all the necessary amenities, and is cleaned every day. Every amenity is of the highest caliber, including a Nespresso machine, bathrobes, beach towels, plush beds, and a fully furnished kitchen. The bathrooms' design is excellent, as are the swimming pool, the outside patios, and the surrounding garden. The villa was designed with great care into every last detail, making it a luxurious place to stay. The host, was incredibly kind and helpful.
The location is ideal for family vacations. As we had a large group, there was always room for everyone throughout the day. The barbecue and fully functional kitchen were excellent.
