This stunning villa is approx. 2 km away from Panormos, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on Skopelos. Villa Kardous Aelia Skopelos can accommodate up to 10 ten guests and offers elegance and luxury combined with traditional architecture spread on 160 m². The ground floor comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, lounge, and guest toilet as well as the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a spacious bathroom – wheelchair accessible and perfectly suitable for disabled persons – is also located on the ground floor.

A staircase leads to the first floor where a second master bedroom and a fourth bedroom – both en-suite – are available for you. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning but also well-placed windows will ensure a light breeze during the hot summer months. Huge balconies and large outdoor spaces around the house will provide privacy and will invite you to relax and enjoy the pure feeling of this splendid nature. The waterfall infinity pool of 12 x 4 m, lined with mosaic and marble, will complete your dream of an extraordinary holiday.

Ditropo is a unique area on the south side of Skopelos 6km. from the port of Skopelos and is located away from the bustle of the city immersed in a forest near the crystal clear beaches of the area. A beauty like no other.

Ditropo includes a variety of restaurants and accommodation options, as well as some other facilities. Its location offers good access to many beaches in the southern part of the island. It is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday near the beach in a quiet and beautiful environment.

Skopelos is a beautiful island of the Sporades island group, located between Skiathos and Alonissos. It is especially popular with families and couples due to its tranquil environment and rare charm. Skopelos gained fame as one of the filming locations of the Hollywood movie Mamma Mia, more particularly the church of Agios Ioannis Kastri is where the wedding scenes of the movie were filmed and is also known to the wider public as the Mamma Mia church! The two main villages of Skopelos are Town and Glossa, found in a higher altitude upon the hill, enjoying fascinating blue vistas of the Aegean Sea. Skopelos beaches boast crystalline waters embraced by lush green backdrops that create a paradisiac effect. Skopelos island is accessible by ferries from the ports of Volos or Agios Konstantinos in the Greek mainland.

A beautiful, carefree, and cozy week.

The kids spent hours swimming in the pool, and we had access to several fantastic beaches. very helpful and kind owners. Light, airy, and cool home. very clean all over, with a gorgeous, large pool that was cleaned every day. Nicely appointed, good-sized bedrooms with all-en-suite bathrooms. fully stocked kitchen

We spent ten nights here at this lovely house. The home was just as described, was spotless, and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we required for self-catering. We frequently utilized the BBQ because there was lots of cover outside, as well as

The home was just as described, was spotless, and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we required for self-catering. We frequently utilized the BBQ because there was lots of cover outside, as well as tables, seats, and deck chairs for everyone. The pool was immaculate, and our almost 2-year-old had little trouble climbing the corner steps to enter. The host graciously set up temporary fencing when we expressed our worries about the pool's lack of a barrier; it worked well and was really appreciated. We adored the area because it was very tranquil. To go into Skopelos town or to the closest beaches, you will need a car or a bus. For parties of adults or families, this property is ideal.
