Downstairs on the ground floor, you find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table, and a living room with comfortable sofas. Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed so five adults and two children can sleep. There is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with tub. The ground floor leads to a spacious sea-facing veranda with exceptional views and a private pool (4,2x3x1,1 m). Outdoor furniture and sun decks on a lovely wooden deck are provided.
