Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table, living room with comfortable sofas and a cosy fireplace. Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed, so up to seven persons can sleep. There is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with a tub. The ground floor leads to a spacious sea-facing veranda with an exceptional sea view. Outdoor furniture with a big umbrella is provided. Occupants of Io, enjoy the exclusive use of a private swimming pool (5x7x1,5m nested on a 100sqm private area which generously offers a great sea view too. A built-in bbq is also at your disposal.
