Situated in the area of Kolimpia, the villa hosts up to 10 persons and an infant. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC, a playroom, a fully equipped kitchen, the main living room with plasma tv, and a few balconies for you to enjoy the priceless seaview! Indeed the fountain at the entrance sets the tone, but it is in square footage that we find the quintessence of luxury. In the villa’s 400sq.m. and the 4-acre garden you will find all you need for a luxurious stay, including a 15x6 m. pool, a ping pong table and a BBQ installation.
When the time comes for you to leave the tranquility of the Royal Classico villa, you will appreciate its’ strategic positioning! The summer buzz of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets is within 400m, whilst the beautiful sandy beach of Kolimpia is at 2,5 klm. More importantly, if you decide to leave Kolimpia, you will find that you are a 20-minute drive from the city Centre, and even closer to the natural beauty of the Seven Springs, the Valley of Butterflies and many other mountain destinations of Rhodes. Last but not least, should you choose to explore the island’s south, you will find the road free of traffic lights for a “smooth sail” towards remote beaches and villages.
Kolymbia beach Rhodes is a quiet resort and is reasonably considered one of the most beautiful of the island. It is a small natural bay located in the eastern coast of the island, approximately 26 km south of Rhodes Town. It is an organized pebbled beach offering a great variety of water sports. The crystal clear waters combined with the verdant background is a real charm. Today it is a popular spot with families since it is easily accessed. Seven Sources is a very fairytale place nearby, with green waters that will most definitely leave you speechless. Although the beach has a rapid tourist development during the last years, it managed to maintain a calm and peaceful character away from noisy crowds. The Monastery of Paramithia, situated just 6km away, is also worth visiting.

Excellent location with lots of room! Nice pool
When we first arrived in the villa, the first thing that came to our mind is - WOW, this is ACTUALLY the way it looks in the pictures. Huge, super clean, tidy, and well accessorized. The hosts were very nice and warm and greeted us with a big smile and a tour of the villa. They were ready to help us at any time with anything. We were given 3 towels for each of us if I remember correctly - for face, pool and shower, and we were 9 people! We also got a small booklet with instructions on everything we need for the villa. We had everything we needed there. Even some fruits, bottles of water and spices. There was a useful supermarket nearby which closes at 21:00 so we could jump for a quick shopping if we needed anything.
Lastly, we had a very weird request. We are weird people and we got attached to one of the dolls that was in the apartment. We asked Katarina to keep this doll, we even said we will pay for it. Katarina gave it to us as a gift!!! We were amazed at how kind the hosts were as we also had a small problem where the lights in the pool didn't turn on automatically. Katarina sent someone to fix it within a few minutes. We really felt like our money was put into good use. If anyone rents this Villa, I recommend them to stay longer in the Villa and not to tour around the city so much, as the villa is so much fun :)
