As you enter the villa, you will find a spacious living room, dining area, and separate kitchen with an extra dining area and large patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features a comfortable leather corner sofa, widescreen TV with full satellite, fireplace, and doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. The dining area here seats 6 persons. The large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that you need for your comfortable self-catering stay and there is a dining table in here also to seat 6 persons. You will also find a W/C on this floor and a small utility room with a washing machine
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, and W/C. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, and W/C. Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla.
