Upon entering the villa, you will find a large and spacious open plan living/seating area and a modern and fully equipped kitchen all surrounded by large patio doors allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking views. There is a widescreen television, Satellite and wireless internet throughout the villa.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C, double bed and patio doors leading to the large shared balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and patio doors leading to the shared balcony and bedroom 3 has two single beds and a balcony. All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside cabinets and offer stunning views.
The basement of the villa boasts its own gym area, table tennis, cinema area and two game consoles. There is a double sofa-bed so the villa accommodates 8 people and you will also find a separate W/C on this floor.
Outside in the extensive garden, you can enjoy basking in the sun by the pool whilst surrounded by the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. It provides both shaded and un-shaded seating area, perfect for al-fresco dining and there is also the added luxury of a Jacuzzi as well as the sizeable private pool.

Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
