On the ground floor, you will find the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a widescreen and satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all everyday appliances and also features a breakfast bar with seating for four persons. There is also a W/C on the ground floor
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The Master Bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds, widescreen TVs, and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds, widescreen TV, and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms one and two share a balcony with sea views. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and W/C.
Outside in the very spacious garden, there is a barbecue, worktop with sink, outside seating area, shower, sun loungers, and large private pool. Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
