Rogoznica is a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia that lies in the southernmost part of the Šibenik-Knin County. Rogoznica is divided in two parts – Northern and Southern. Villa El Sol is located in northern part of it.
Beautiful villa El Sol consists of three floors - ground floor, first floor and second floor. It has total of 390 sq. m. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons in 5 double bedrooms.
On the ground floor you can find kitchen with dining area for 10 persons, 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, additional toilet with washing machine and a terrace with dining table with 10 seats. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, living room, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Terrace is equipped with seating furniture.
The most beautiful part of Villa El Sol is second floor where guests can enjoy in Play and Relax area, including beautiful terrace with heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi for 4 persons, and a sunbathing area with sun loungers where guests can enjoy in fantastic view of the blue Adriatic Sea. Inside there is Sauna area with shower and 2 toilets, and play zone with billiard, table football, darts and mini kitchen.
Rogoznica is a romantic coastal village located 8km south of Primosten, on the Adriatic coast in northern Dalmatia. It is a popular resort, especially among boat owners. It used to be a sleepy fishing village which today is famous for its ultra-modern Marina, located in a natural deeply cut bay in the east side of Gardina Peninsula offering beautiful backdrops. From the Marina Frapa depart boats to the Kornati islands or Brac Island. Rogoznica waterfront promenade is lined with cocktail bars, nightclubs and restaurants which give a great sparkle to the nightlife of the area.
One of the most famous sites of Rogoznica is the Eye of the Dragon, a lake located in the peninsula of Gradina, behind the Marina. The lake took its name due to its oval shape and because of a legend with a dormant dragon lying to its depths. A fun fact for this lake is that every several years the water loses its transparency and its inhabitants disappear through a narrow channel to the sea. Some months later, the creatures return. The village of Rogoznica also includes some very fascinating beaches.
