Villa Martinis is a visually stunning building with an even better interior. The interior is decorated with modern, stylish furniture, unique art, and decoration themes that can be seen throughout the villa for you to enjoy and embrace. The villa itself is split into four apartments but is rented as a whole which allows 15 people to comfortably fit in this large space.
Public transport and ferries can easily take you to surrounding cities and islands such as Split or Dubrovnik.
One the first floor of the villa there is a large living room area with comfortable sofas and a stunning view over the terrace. This leads into a modern kitchen space, where you will find everything you need to create meals during your holiday. The kitchen leads out to a sheltered dining area, where you can embrace the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the warm, Mediterranean weather.
There is one double bedroom on the first floor as well as a dressing room and a luxury bathroom. The double bedroom is like a mini apartment, with bright furnishings, ample storage space, and a kitchen area with sink and cupboards. Further bedrooms can be found throughout the villa, with another 3 double bedrooms with bathrooms and a twin room. There is more sleeping space with sofas and armchairs that pull out to create further beds.
The outdoor terrace area is a large, open space where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Croatian surroundings. The large pool is surrounded by ample sunbathing space as well as space to sit and enjoy outdoor dining. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a stone cooker where you can truly dine al fresco.
