Villa Primosten Palace is located only 200 meters from the beautiful pebble beach, has 2 separate houses - residential and a smaller house next to it with a large swimming pool and area for relaxation. Villa has found its place on a property of 1500 m² and the villa itself spreads over 450m². Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and offers exclusive luxury accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends.
Villa has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The residential building consists of 3 fully furnished apartments. On the first floor, there are 2 very similar apartments each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and living area with terraces. Terraces are equipped with sitting furniture where you can enjoy morning coffee. On the second floor, there is another luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have double beds and the third room has bunk beds. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, modern living room with fireplace, bathroom with massage shower, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and terrace with garden furniture and a nice sea view.
The outside space is nicely arranged with plenty of outdoor furniture on the large terraces to make the most of the incredible sea views. The swimming pool (50 m²) is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Under the covered terrace is additional wooden outdoor furniture. A smaller summer house has a living room and beautiful and modern kitchen, well equipped with stove, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The pool area can be lit up at night to allow guests to make the most of spending the warm evenings outside. Primosten is a small town situated on an island located between Sibenik and Split in Croatia. The old town is situated on a small island which is connected with the mainland. The town’s name originates from the Dalmatian term ‘primostiti’ that means bridge. Surrounded by seven small islands, Primošten is a true gem with breathtaking scenery. Today Primosten is one of the most attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Its quaint architecture includes old stone houses, churches and narrow stone-paved streets which harmoniously blend the past and the present. Once a fishing village, the town has developed into a touristic paradise in this part of the Adriatic with a charm that is found in very few places.
Apart from its beautiful architecture, Primosten attracts tourists with its emerald beaches and crystal clear waters. In the past, the population was oriented towards cultivation of grapevines, olives, fishing but today there is a switch towards tourism. The city is a globally renowned tourist destination that even attracts repeaters year after year to this idyllic angle of the world. Primosten was first mentioned in old documents from 1564 under the name Capusta Cista. In the past it used to be an island protected by stone walls and towers and in the 16th century, a bridge was built that connected this village with the mainland. Later the bridge was replaced by an embankment and Primosten thus becomes a peninsula and more easily accessible. This fact contributed to its development and the touristic flourish it was met with.
