When you get off of that green apartment, you will find yourself on the terrace with a swimming pool. The covered part is the kitchen with a stone fireplace and wooden table and chairs. You will be especially fascinated by one of the pillars of the roof panel: arranged plants in pots of terracotta hanging around on the set wire.
The interior of the house is decorated with antique wooden furniture with some of the old device that is no longer in use. The kitchen, dining, and living room in one will be well heated in the winter thanks to the fireplace next to which is a bookcase and a balcony terrace. Here you can sit, drink coffee and enjoy the view of Supetar and city of Split.
On the upper floor are most bedrooms also decorated with old wooden furniture: there are dressing tables with mirrors and large closets that smell like old times and someone else's memories. Bathrooms are not typical either: otherwise cold and always modern, here are refreshed by the wooden cabinets and racks for basins which give a feeling of warmth and comfort while you take the shower.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/dining room/sitting room area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a tub. The bedroom is double bed size cm. From the sitting room area, you can exit to the covered (40 sq meters) and uncovered (30 sq meters) garden terrace nearby the private outdoor pool and garden. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, 4 sun chairs, and an outdoor fireplace with a BBQ.
The first floor comprises four bedrooms, with two en suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom with a shower. One bedroom (15 sq meters) is with a double bed size, en suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony, 4,5 sq meters big. The second bedroom (16 sq meters) is with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, en suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony, 4,5 sq meters big. The third bedroom is single bed size. The last bedroom (10,5 sq meters) is bed size.
Villa Lukrecia Brac also offers two apartments: the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom are small but very comfortable to spend a great time on the island. In the center, you can see the parish church which was built on the foundations of an early Christian basilica of St. Peter, and besides, there are early Christian mosaics from the 6th century, the clock tower, and the church museum. With a multitude of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shops your holiday will be complete. There's nothing more to say than come and see for yourself how the center of an island may be perfect for your vacation.
The tranquil island of Brac is situated directly across the mainland port city and metropolis of Split in Dalmatia. The 395 square kilometer island is the third largest in the Adriatic and its approximately 14,000 inhabitants are engaged mainly with tourism, the cultivation of olives and wine as well as the mining of high-quality limestone. Testimony of its quality is that the white limestone from Brac was used among other things for the Diocletian's Palace in Split, the White House in Washington, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin as well as for the New Hofburg in Vienna.
Brac features one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Croatia. This beach is in the shape of a sickle or a horn, called the "Golden Horn" (Zlatni rat) and is a crystalline pebble beach. The Golden Horn is located near the Bol spa and resort and is a destination for many visitors, especially in the high season also due to its numerous secluded coves and beaches. The beaches on Brac are generally very safe for small children. The climate is mild with warm and dry summers with an average temperature of about 25°C and winters are as well mild and rainy. There are approximately 235 days a year of total sunshine on Brac and it is popular with sporty cyclists who appreciate the island's curvy and steeply graded roads, and they especially like coming in spring and autumn when nature blossoms.
Brac is a place where you can enjoy nature all year long and the astonishing beauties of the island, thanks to its favorable climate. The lush green nature in combination with emerald waters and amazing tastes of wine and local cuisine will leave no visitor uncharmed.
