Luxury Villa Infinity is arranged on three floors and built on sloping ground. It consists of five bedrooms all en-suite and one additional bathroom for guests. and it is the perfect accommodation for up to 10 persons. The villa is all about location, the closeness to the sea, and the view. In addition, there is every comfort and plenty of styles indoors, and a nice garden for outdoor entertaining and relaxation.
From the rear of the villa, the main entrance is at ground level but from the front, it is on the second floor. In front of the main entrance, in case you would like to stay more active, you will find table tennis and darts, as well as bicycles which can be very handy and practical if you like to explore the island a little bit more. When entering the villa, you enter the main living area which has a stunning view over the glittering bay. There you will find yourself inside a spacious area divided into several parts; fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room with cozy and comfortable modern sofas, stylish artwork, and satellite TV and DVD, while large glass sliding doors connect it to the outdoor, heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, which maximizes the enjoyment of the stunning view of the entire bay and the fishing village.
The bedrooms are situated on the first and ground floors. The internal staircase leads down to the first floor where are two comfortable double bedrooms with bathrooms and a sea view. There is also a separate TV/Cinema room, completely soundproofed and ideal for leisure. Another double bedroom with a private shower room and balcony with sea view, additionally enriched with wooden sitting furniture, is on the lower level.
The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each opening out onto the villa's courtyard. Nearby is a summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining. The villa has a terraced garden, which is partly paved with white local stone, and the bottom of the garden is covered in a lawn with a gate that opens out directly onto a private flat rock beach. On the terrace, there is a covered area with an outdoor table and chairs. The villa has a private garage for two cars. In all, it is a unique villa.
