Murvica is a little hidden town, only 5 km away from the center of Bol – a famous tourist destination of the Dalmatian islands. The Bol and Murvica are connected by a new, high-quality road. About halfway there is a famous beach Zlatni rat. Murvica is also a starting point for excursions to the ‘Dragon’s Cave’, the convent ‘Drčevica’ and ‘monastery/museum Blace.
Villa Bonita is a very unique, newly built yet traditional Dalmatian, small stone luxury villa. Villa is fully equipped with modern standards, giving guests a true feeling of compound Brač landscape. The property of villa extends over an area of 1000 m² and villa comprises 120 m² of living space arranged on two floors.
Decorated to a high standard, this charming property features an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a double sofa-bed on the ground floor. The ground floor also completes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool.
There are two good size bedrooms on the upper floor, both with a hardwood floor, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom has a view of the south and west, which means that it has a beautiful sea view.
Ground floor living room doors open onto a large terrace which is partially covered and equipped with all the kitchen equipment for cooking your meals outdoors. A large wooden table under the covered terrace, with a sea view in front, can easily sit 6 persons. The stone terrace combines a swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
The most magical part of the property is a breathtaking view of the blue sea, vineyards, olive groves, the island of Hvar … Unforgettable sunsets and sunrises, and all the wonderful shades of the blue in between.
The tranquil island of Brac is situated directly across the mainland port city and metropolis of Split in Dalmatia. The 395 square kilometer island is the third largest in the Adriatic and its approximately 14,000 inhabitants are engaged mainly with tourism, the cultivation of olives and wine as well as the mining of high-quality limestone. Testimony of its quality is that the white limestone from Brac was used among other things for the Diocletian's Palace in Split, the White House in Washington, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin as well as for the New Hofburg in Vienna.
Brac features one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Croatia. This beach is in the shape of a sickle or a horn, called the "Golden Horn" (Zlatni rat) and is a crystalline pebble beach. The Golden Horn is located near the Bol spa and resort and is a destination for many visitors, especially in the high season also due to its numerous secluded coves and beaches. The beaches on Brac are generally very safe for small children. The climate is mild with warm and dry summers with an average temperature of about 25°C and winters are as well mild and rainy. There are approximately 235 days a year of total sunshine on Brac and it is popular with sporty cyclists who appreciate the island's curvy and steeply graded roads, and they especially like coming in spring and autumn when nature blossoms.
Brac is a place where you can enjoy nature all year long and the astonishing beauties of the island, thanks to its favorable climate. The lush green nature in combination with emerald waters and amazing tastes of wine and local cuisine will leave no visitor uncharmed.
