The tip of the Zlatni rat (Golden horn) changes shape each day due to the ever-changing sea currents. The beach, framed with deep pine groves for shade, is a favorite destination for surfers and sailors from various parts of Europe and the world because the sea channel between the islands of Brac and Hvar creates ideal winds for windsurfing. Villa Paradise has located just halfway from the center of Bol and this glorious beach.
Villa has a modern architectural design, still using local materials like Brač stone. Such a stone path leads to not one but two separate dwellings, each connected by an inner courtyard. Nestled in between and hidden from views there is a beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terrace paved with local Brač stone.
The first building, closer to the sea, has stunning views through the pines. The ground floor is complete with a modern kitchen, indoor dining area, living room, and vanity bathroom. The first floor offers a spacious master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests, with extra beds up to 16 guests, in privacy, luxury, and comfort. So it’s an ideal choice for larger families, groups of friends, or even a corporate vacation. The spacious and open design of Villa Paradise created the perfect setting for a marvelous holiday - you and your guests can relax in complete comfort; enjoy typical Mediterranean outdoor living and entertainment as well as experience authentic island living on one of the most delightful spots in the Mediterranean.
Villa Paradise stretches on 300 m2 of the modern and luxury decorated interior. There are 2 bedrooms in one dwelling, together with the kitchen, dining and spacious living room. The second dwelling consists of 4 apartments, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Altogether 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. These two buildings are connected with a large swimming pool in the inner courtyard. The kitchen is completely equipped, as well as the living room; LCD TV, and fireplace. The terrace on the ground floor, with a stunning sea view and outdoor dining area, offers shade even for the hottest days. The large barbeque is the perfect spot for fun with your friends. The 55 m2 large master bedroom is on the first floor and it is the biggest bedroom in the villa. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hydro massage bathtub for two. The master bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the sea and the Island of Hvar. Along with this room, there is another bedroom on the same floor, with a hydro-massage shower and terrace towards the sea.
The tranquil island of Brac is situated directly across the mainland port city and metropolis of Split in Dalmatia. The 395 square kilometer island is the third largest in the Adriatic and its approximately 14,000 inhabitants are engaged mainly with tourism, the cultivation of olives and wine as well as the mining of high-quality limestone. Testimony of its quality is that the white limestone from Brac was used among other things for the Diocletian's Palace in Split, the White House in Washington, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin as well as for the New Hofburg in Vienna.
Brac features one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Croatia. This beach is in the shape of a sickle or a horn, called the "Golden Horn" (Zlatni rat) and is a crystalline pebble beach. The Golden Horn is located near the Bol spa and resort and is a destination for many visitors, especially in the high season also due to its numerous secluded coves and beaches. The beaches on Brac are generally very safe for small children. The climate is mild with warm and dry summers with an average temperature of about 25°C and winters are as well mild and rainy. There are approximately 235 days a year of total sunshine on Brac and it is popular with sporty cyclists who appreciate the island's curvy and steeply graded roads, and they especially like coming in spring and autumn when nature blossoms.
