The Sanctuary Guest Villa with Pavillion at COMO Parrot Cay (4,390sq ft/ 408sq m each) features artifacts, works of art, and beautiful teak furniture from Africa, Haiti, and Bali, including custom, made pieces designed by Karan herself. The villa has four bedrooms that are split over two floors: two ocean-facing bedrooms on the ground floor, and one additional bedroom and master bedroom with an outdoor shower on the upper floor.
All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and dramatic views of either the ocean or surrounding gardens. The villa has a private infinity pool with ocean views, while a second shared pool leads off from the central pavilion, which has an informal dining area with seating for more than 20 people. The central pavilion can be rented out separately with one of the guest villas and includes a fully equipped kitchen.
With this villa, you will experience the personalized COMO butler service. Their role is to assist you during your stay, helping you plan any activities you may like, from castaway picnics to kayaking along the waterway.
Offering some of the most varied dinings in the Turks and Caicos, the menus draw from the Caribbean’s rich seafood larder while emphasizing all that is fresh, local, and organic wherever possible. The relaxed poolside Lotus restaurant serves light Caribbean-inspired dishes during the day and contemporary Asian at night, while the Terrace restaurant specializes in the modern Mediterranean.
COMO Parrot Cay provides the ideal setting for any event, whether it’s a wedding celebration with a private foot-in-the-sand dinner, an executive gathering, or an employee retreat (for up to 60 people).
