Love Pumpkin Estate at COMO Parrot Cay:
Perched beside a large expanse of pristine white beaches, Love Pumpkin is an oceanfront residence embodying the pure Caribbean spirit of COMO Parrot Cay. Lush gardens and coconut palms ensure complete seclusion, with uninhibited private access to the ocean. A few steps down to the sands and you’ll find live corals and colorful tropical fish.
The estate complex – comprised of a three-bedroom main house and an additional two-bedroom villa – is a large, serene escape from day-to-day life. Set around an open courtyard, the property’s oversized glass doors and windows help blur the lines between inside and out with cooling breezes floating through. Design details include antique doors with warm interiors, handmade terrazzo floors, and billowy linen drapes, with much of the furniture sourced from Bali.
The 7,200 sq ft (668 sq m) main house has a particularly large master bedroom, which opens to a private deck with a teak daybed, as well as its own beach. Every spacious bedroom has an en suite bathroom featuring stone sinks and bathtubs, and stone floors etched with sea fossils. The master bedroom’s en suite can become an open-air bathroom, with a dark stone waterfall shower and sunken tub – both with views out over the turquoise ocean. Outside the house, you can find a 60ft x 21ft infinity pool made from lava rock, surrounded by island greenery and a deck dotted with teak lounge chairs. A large floating Balinese gazebo acts as centerpiece.
The guest villa, measuring over 3,325sq ft (308 sq m), follows a similar design scheme as the main house, with an abundance of wooden textures, sophisticated whites, and cotton and linen fabrics. A large deck allows you to laze around the dark 46ft x 14ft lava rock pool, which also offers spectacular views of the sea. The spacious master bedroom here mirrors the main house in that its en suite can become an outdoor bathroom once large glasses windows are opened, with a sunken tub and slate outdoor shower. The villa’s second bedroom boasts two queen beds positioned on a terrazzo platform and teak wood plinths. From the living area, you can see straight down to the ocean, with rolling waves during daylight and starry skies at night.
With this villa, you will experience the personalized COMO butler service. Their role is to assist you during your stay, helping you plan any activities you may like, from castaway picnics to kayaking along the waterway.
Offering some of the most varied dinings in the Turks and Caicos, the menus draw from the Caribbean’s rich seafood larder while emphasizing all that is fresh, local, and organic wherever possible. The relaxed poolside Lotus restaurant serves light Caribbean-inspired dishes during the day and contemporary Asian at night, while the Terrace restaurant specializes in the modern Mediterranean.
COMO Parrot Cay provides the ideal setting for any event, whether it’s a wedding celebration with a private foot-in-the-sand dinner, an executive gathering or an employee retreat (for up to 60 people). They can also host formal meetings in board room (seating up to 20) and informal meetings in one of villas.
