Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa includes 11 villas (Beachfront one-bedroom villas, Family two-bedroom villas, and Presidential five-bedroom villa) and Cinnamon rooms facing the seafront of Paje beach and spread over 4 hectares (10 acres) of a tropical garden. The resort includes also an A-la-carte restaurant, a beach restaurant serving lunch, and 3 bars located in the different areas of the resort (lounge bar, beach bar, rooftop champagne bar). For day activities, a watersports and kitesurfing center, large swimming pools, an outdoor fitness center, children playground, and a spa including a couple of treatment rooms will ensure radiant days.

The Beachfront Villa is designed as two buildings connected by a wooden pathway and terrace. One building is the en-suite 55 m2 bedroom with king-size bed (that may be converted to twin upon request prior to arrival), a bathroom with an indoor rain shower, two sinks, wardrobe, and separate toilets. A rooftop terrace with a stunning view overlooking the beachfront is accessed by an external staircase from the bedroom unit.
Additionally, the villa includes a living room unit with a high ceiling and seating area, a large terrace, private pool, 750 m2 of private plot, lounge chairs, and an external bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and is placed on the beachfront, with direct beach access. The villa is serviced by a butler for your utmost comfort.
Zanzibar is the semi-autonomous part of Tanzania in East Africa. It is composed of the Zanzibar Archipelago in the Indian Ocean, 25–50 kilometers off the coast of the mainland, and consists of many small islands and two large ones: Unguja (the main island, referred to informally as Zanzibar) and Pemba. The capital is Zanzibar City, located on the island of Unguja. Its historic center is Stone Town, which is a World Heritage Site.
Zanzibar’s coastline offers some of the best beaches in the world, but sand and surf vary depending on what side of the island you’re on. On the east coast, waves break over coral reefs and sand bars offshore, and low tide reveals small pools of starfish, small minnows, and anemones. Up north, ocean swimming is much less susceptible to the tides, and smooth beaches and white sand make for dazzling days in the sun.
