The main floor includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer), 1 en suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the top floor, you will find a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV. On the lower floor, you will find 2 en suite rooms with shower (2 double beds (180x190cm and 160x190cm) both with sea views and one of them with access to a terrace. On the lower floor, there is access to is a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach (door access with code). Parking included in the price, located 200m from the house.
