Stairs lead up from the double garage, past the pool to the entrance of the villa which welcomes you into the open plan living and dining areas. There is a comfy L-shaped couch and large flatscreen TV as well as a reading corner. The fully fitted kitchen with separate scullery is towards the back of the room, which is dominated by a wood and glass staircase leading to the 2 large en-suite bedrooms upstairs. There are gorgeous views from the lounge and glass sliding doors leading to a balcony.
The 2 smaller bedrooms are towards the rear of this floor and they share a bathroom. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. The master has a small office area but otherwise, both bedrooms are the same, with stunning sea views and balcony access. Please note that the en-suite bathrooms are open plan. The private swimming pool and entertainment area is located on the lower level of the property and only has outside access. There is an indoor braai/BBQ area and sun loungers to laze by the pool.

Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town is the oldest urban area of South Africa and in the past, it operated as a supply station for Dutch ships sailing to East Africa, India, and the Far East. Before the development of Johannesburg, Cape Town was the largest city in South Africa.
In Cape Town, you will come across one of the most beautiful views from the famous Table Mountain. On the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are part of the Cape Floristic Region UNESCO World Heritage site. Today, many of the old buildings have been preserved and restored. Within or in proximity to this quarter you will find benchmark sights such as the Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Town Stadium which hosted FIFA World Cup in 2010 and you can enjoy trips to Robben Island. This district also includes many museums, restaurants, bars and anything you could ask for.
