A spacious, double-volume parking garage leads directly into the sheltered foyer and lift. The front door enters onto the ground floor of the property, whilst the lift takes guests up to the living room and kitchen area above. A majestic, opaque glass floating stairway draws the eye up to the level above. Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The first guest bedroom, situated just to the left of the front door, is quaint and features a double bed. It enjoys an en suite with a spacious shower.

The second guest bedroom is also on the ground floor and is on the sea-facing side of the property. It enjoys a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is also situated on the ground floor and boasts a gorgeous four-poster wooden, King size bed. A spacious dressing room leads into the en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

The fourth bedroom is on the upper level and features a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails and the property offers under-floor heating throughout. The kitchen is open plan and overlooks the dining and living rooms, which leads onto the sea-facing balcony with a private pool. Polished porcelain tiles line the floors and lead out onto the balcony, creating a wonderful flow throughout. A built-in gas BBQ neatly blends in with the outdoor furnishings.

About the Location

South Africa, Cape Town

Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa, also known as the Mother City and is the legislative capital of South Africa also home to The Parliament of South Africa. The city is known for its harbor, for its natural setting and landmarks such as Table Mountain and Cape Point. It is one of the most multicultural cities in the world, as a major melting pot destination for immigrants and expatriates to South Africa. The city was named the World Design Capital for 2014 and in the same year as the best place in the world to visit by both The New York Times.

Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town is the oldest urban area of South Africa and in the past, it operated as a supply station for Dutch ships sailing to East Africa, India, and the Far East. Before the development of Johannesburg, Cape Town was the largest city in South Africa.

In Cape Town, you will come across one of the most beautiful views from the famous Table Mountain. On the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are part of the Cape Floristic Region UNESCO World Heritage site. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is probably the most popular touristic attraction of Cape Town, being a buzzing entertainment quarter reminiscent of Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Today, many of the old buildings have been preserved and restored. Within or in proximity to this quarter you will find benchmark sights such as the Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Town Stadium which hosted FIFA World Cup in 2010 and you can enjoy trips to Robben Island. This district also includes many museums, restaurants, bars and anything you could ask for.

South Africa, the southernmost country on the African continent, is characteristic for its varied landscape, breathtaking natural beauty, and cultural diversity, which make it one of the most interesting countries in the world and a favorite destination for travelers since the legal ending of apartheid in 1994. South Africa has three cities that serve as capitals: Pretoria, Cape Town and Bloemfontein. Johannesburg is the largest urban area in the country and a center of commerce. Lagos and Cairo are also among its most visited countries.
