All areas of the house have a direct sea view. All rooms are luxurious and designed furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped including all utensils. In the yard is a swimming pool measuring 3x12.5m, with sunbathing area, sun loungers, and parasols. The house also offers 5 different outdoor seating and enjoyment areas. In front of the house, it is possible to dock by boat, and there is a berth for a boat. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided. WiFi is provided in all interiors and through the garden.
Villa Lastva contains 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. Each room has a sea view and the two rooms on the ground floor have their own gardens. Each room has its own bathroom, wardrobe, and cable TV. The area of the villa is 170m2, with a yard that extends to 470m2. It is located on the first line to the sea (5m).
In addition to the bedrooms, it has a living room with a terrace and an unforgettable sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate guest toilet, a laundry room, as well as a mobile barbecue in the yard. Bathrooms include soap, bath, shampoo, conditioner and body milk, vanity kit, bathtub, slippers, and towels. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.
What makes the house special, in addition to the modern interior and great location, is the yard with lots of Mediterranean vegetation, seating and sunbathing areas, and an infinity pool measuring 3x12.5m. Sunbeds, parasols, and pool towels are provided.
