Villa has been built according to the personal project of the famous architect and consists of the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The villa has an 11x5 m sloping pool, a barbecue room, a garden, a garage in the building for two cars. All rooms are air-conditioned with a Daikin system, all bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, and SPA areas are provided with a floor heating system. In the building, there is a fire signaling system with a control panel, anti-theft signaling, an intercom on each floor with the display, video surveillance of 8 cameras.
The building is completely covered with natural stone, open anodized locksmiths with large-size thermal insulating glass. All the materials that are built in the building are of high-quality naturalness, prevalent in stone and wood. They are equipped with sanitary ware by Villeroy Boh. The main entrance is on the first floor where you directly enter the living room area overlooking the sea. It has a 160s m2 surface and is fully equipped with Italian furniture from famous companies. The first floor has 2 terraces, a large open one that you can enter from the living room and another 30 m2 covered terrace that you can enter from the dining area.
On the ground floor, there is a spa center with a sauna with two shower cabins, gym, and a large room of 70 m2 for recreation with a table for tennis stalls and a fireplace and minibar. Also, there is a snout with equipment of 10 m2, central hot water preparation room, garage for two cars and kitchen serviced apartment with bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, there are four spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms and wardrobes, terraces fully equipped with Italian furniture of high quality. All rooms and bathrooms have a beautiful view of Sveti Stefan, Budva, and the sea.
