The villa is set around a colonial-style central patio. The ground floor features 2 suites each with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the garden, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and a terrace with outdoor dining area. The second floor has the Master suite with a king-size bed and a large terrace; it connects to an adjacent room with 2 single beds.
The top level features a studio with 1 single bed and a terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the exuberant jungle. The pool sits amidst the garden and features a pool palapa and an outdoor grill, ideal for an outdoor barbecue or dining alfresco. The beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people on king-size and sofa beds. It also features spacious seating areas inside and outside and its own private beach palapa with lunch table, hammocks, and sun day beds.
Nestled right between Playa del Carmen and Tulum Xpu Ha is an oasis of white sandy beach and turquoise waters we see in postcards. Xpu Ha is much loved among the Riviera Maya beaches. Its name translates into ‘morning dew’.It is a beach lover’s paradise with soft sand, calm clear water and a few beach bars to choose from. Being halfway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum this beach provides a more remote getaway and makes for a fun day trip out of Playa Del Carmen.
Xpu Ha has not been invaded by large hotel complexes; there are only a few small ones on the northern side. The beach is long, perfect for walks. Turtles choose this beach to lay their eggs from May to September. If you want to explore the area around Xpu Ha Bay, you can opt for cenotes El Jardin del Eden, Cenote Azul or Cristalino, open cenotes in lush surroundings all with access to the crystal-clear waters, which feed the cenotes from the underground rivers which are also open for exploration. Xpu Ha offers a truly azure experience to those who consider water a basic prerequisite for their ideal holiday.
