Hacienda Magica is the only beach-front villa in the Riviera Maya with a full-size tennis court, state-of-the-art oceanfront gymnasium, ocean-side putting greens, and 14 magnificent suites plus a den. Hacienda Magica combines old-style hacienda with modern-day luxury and service. The residence is perfect for family vacations, weddings, events, and corporate retreats. For larger groups, Hacienda Magica may also be rented alongside Villa Hacienda Corazon or Hacienda Del Mar next door.
The first thing you see as you enter this magnificent villa is the full-size private tennis court; look to the left and you will see a beautiful limestone mural, the feathered serpent, the Mayan god Kukulkan. Walking under the arches of this magical courtyard you will see an alcove with seating… spectators have a perfect bird’s eye view of tennis matches in progress! There is night lighting should the games continue after sunset. Here you will also enjoy your favorite tunes on the surround sound system. From here you have a wet bar and a separate full bath.
Walking up the steps to the main villa you will be mesmerized by the stunning views of the ocean and the enchanting courtyard with a fountain. This area also has alfresco dining for 24 guests. At night the courtyard is lit by lanterns creating a magical atmosphere. Look upwards and see the stars twinkling in the sky; perhaps you will be lucky and see a shooting star! Off the courtyard on the north wing of the villa, you have 2 sumptuous suites, one of which is beachside. Each suite has a king-size bed and a full bathroom. There is a gorgeous half bath with amazing stone vanity. There is also a small office with a desk, wireless internet, and a Vonage telephone.
The gourmet kitchen is adorned in beautiful, colorful Talavera tiles, carved wooden furniture, and chairs hand-painted with charros, Mexican cowboys. Our gourmet chefs and Mexican cooks are on hand should you wish to sample local delicacies or more international fare. The ocean-front living room is wonderful, with the hand-painted ceiling, beautiful decorations, satellite TV, and iPod dock. There is a gorgeous picture of an agave plantation. This area leads to the indoor dining bar area where you can mix your favorite cocktails. From the open-plan living area, walk out to the terrace with outdoor dining and enjoy the glorious Caribbean! The villa has kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for guests' use.
On the upper level of the main villa are 6 luxurious suites, one of which is beachside; each suite has a king-size bed and full bathroom (suite 4, the games room, may also be 2 twins on request). There is also an incredible fully equipped beachfront gymnasium! The Casita (little house) within the estate is above the villa entrance. Here you have suite 7, a king suite with ensuite bathroom, and also the den (Suite 8). Suite 8 shares the bathroom with suite 7 and provides access to suite 7. The new South Wing of Hacienda Magica boasts 2 suites each with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. One of the suites has a partial ocean view and terrace. The new North Wing of Hacienda Magica boasts 2 suites, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bath.

Puerto Aventuras is a community located in Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is the second-largest community in Solidaridad Municipality, after Playa del Carmen. This upscale place hides amazing postcard-crescent cove beaches and displays distinct architecture in shades of blush rose along with palapa roofs that add to its exotic flair.Puerto Aventuras’ biggest distinction is its marina, the only one in the area. It’s vibe is relaxed, almost lazy and will provide the celebrities with all the privacy they long for. You can enjoy a gourmet meal in one of the many restaurants overlooking the sea or the marina and serving Mexican or international dishes. There’s even a golf course of 9 holes for the lovers of the sport. Do not expect a frenzy nightlife here; the pace here is sleepier and most bars call for their last drinks around midnight. Yet for those who want a bit more of action, Playa del Carmen is just 20 minutes up the road.
Puerto Aventuras was designed and built by developer, architect, diver, historian and author Ramón Rivera Torres, over the course of 25 years that essentially transformed jungle into an exclusive resort, marina and pueblo. The community mostly attracts wealthy expat retirees, families who prefer a tranquil holiday and those who wish to escape the winter. The town ‘square’ is rather unusual, it is ‘sitting’ around a sea lake, which is divided by footbridges into smaller sections. Around the lake you will find a few restaurants and shops. There is a small island in the middle of the lake. The charming marine community was built around three bays: Fatima Bay, Chan Yu Yum and Chac Hal Al. Like the rest of Riviera Maya, Puerto offers beaches and activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, swimming with the dolphins, and fishing.
