Located on the ‘piano nobile’ of Palazzo Morosini degli Spezieri, Coriandolo is a jaw-dropping 74 m2 apartment boasting stunning views over Rio de San Polo. This lovely apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with an eat-in kitchen. Its sumptuous architecture is enhanced by the 3.6-metre ceilings, high windows and magnificent furnishings.
Upon entering the apartment one is overwhelmed by the immense space, subtly divided into two functional areas: a living room with towering views on the canal with an oversized sofa for relaxing moments, and a dining area equipped with a custom-made kitchen, table and chairs.
Two double bedrooms are located on either side of the apartment. To the left is the master bedroom with four windows on the canal. The room is decorated with a king-size bed and a large dressing corner. A convenient passageway connects the bedroom to a luxurious bathroom with a Turkish bath, which is also accessible through the main living room and is therefore ideal when entertaining guests.
The second bedroom is also fitted with a king-size bed, extra seating, and an en suite bathroom. High-end finishes include a walk-in shower with large water heads and custom-made cabinetries. The highest standards of design and comfort have been employed to create the quintessential holiday retreat.
The apartment’s interior design features a palette of natural hues and soft tones, such as white, grey, shades of beige and brass. Walls, floors and surfaces are also done in light colours in order to maintain visual continuity throughout the space. The floors are in Venetian marble and are kept uncluttered with only one carpet as the focal point of each room. Lighting is calming yet efficient when direct lighting is needed. A mix of floor lamps, lamp set, and indirect lighting are used to obtain the desired effect or degree of lighting.
