The result of a skillful renovation carried out on an ancient mill, which has been able to interpret the geometry of the ancient hillside houses by inserting it in a respectful but innovative key to the context, this ancient but at the same time, modern residence with great charm takes from the past very particular characteristics such as the sandstone facades, wooden architraves, roof tiles, enhanced in an interior with a unique design that knows how to be both futuristic and welcoming.

Arranged on an area of 250 square meters, Villa Parco del Principe can accommodate up to 6 people. In the sleeping area, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one very spacious with a king bed and double sofa bed, the other with a king bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and bidet, the other with a bathtub and bidet. On the first floor, after having crossed the entrance that creates a singular transition between exterior and interior, still presenting the pivot of the ancient mill wheel embedded in the wall, there is the living area with a large living room with a design fireplace (satellite TV 49 inches, Sky Cinema and Sky Sport) which gives seamless access to the kitchen with dining area.
On the ground floor, however, the wellness area develops, with a jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, chromotherapy, and relaxation area. The villa has a wifi connection, video intercom, and advanced home automation services. Outside there is, perfectly integrated into the green garden set in an open hill scenario, a heated swimming pool with a therapeutic path. The open space allows you to lie down on one of the sun loungers or to walk around the house for a while or, again, indulge in yoga classes or practice various outdoor sports. The Villa also has a nice patio with sofas, a barbecue area all in a fenced plot of about two hectares.
The architectural choice on which it was based for the recovery of this ancient mill relies on the most advanced criteria of green building and self-production, on strict respect for the landscape value, and on the use of renewable energy. The memory of the genius loci that have always been breathed here has also been wisely preserved: the water mill and the access road to the river, until a few decades ago the only resource for the locals, today is an extra attraction towards this extraordinary home. The garden and the alfalfa field that surround the house are followed in a natural way without the use of chemicals.
Villa Parco del Principe was also selected by Legambiente as an example of bio-sustainability intervention in the report on renewable municipalities. In the area, you can visit many enchanting medieval villages of Umbria, the green heart region of Italy. Or dedicate yourself to a visit to the great cities of art such as Perugia, Todi, and Orvieto.
Terni is a lovely city in the heart of the southern part of Umbria, central Italy. The city is also a convenient transportation hub with various links to other cities.
