The house, with its total area of 500 square meters, is very welcoming and comfortable and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The house, with its total area of 500 square meters, is very welcoming and comfortable and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Consisting of three floors, it has 5 very spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a large living area with a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom, which can also be transformed into a mini gym. In the living room, located right at the entrance to the house, there is a lounge with a large leather corner sofa and a dining room for 8 people. In an adjacent room, you will find the kitchen, always with a table and chairs, and a large opening that will lead you directly to a covered outdoor veranda where you can have lunch and dinner and spend moments with friends using a table with a sofa and armchairs.
Going upstairs you will find the sleeping area. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with an en suite bathroom, and 2 other bedrooms with an external bathroom. On the second floor, there is a further bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The whole house, newly and recently built, is equipped with a home automation electrical system, air conditioning system, and underfloor heating. Outside, the large garden spread over several terraces with deck chairs, umbrellas, an inflatable hot tub, and a large swimming pool of 12 meters long by 6 wide with a pergola and paved solarium where other sun loungers are arranged.
Villa Nelpi is just a 5-minute drive from the sea. In the area, you can visit the small and characteristic villages of the area of Fermo or go looking for bargains in the many shoe outlets. Or you can follow the performances that are staged, summer and winter, at the Teatro dell’Aquila or take a tour of the museums in Fermo. The Sibillini mountains are less than an hour away by car. You can devote yourself to nature, with excursions in the National Park, but also to skiing, with descents on the slopes. The property can host events such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays, graduations, and other types of parties.
Fermo is a town of the Marche, Italy, perched on the hill of Sabulo, at an elevation of 319 meters, 6km from the Adriatic Sea. It has a lengthy history with many testimonies such as the renowned cisterns of Fermo, an archaeological site that features one of the most gigantic and well-preserved examples of Roman cisterns in Italy, dating back to the 1st-century a.C. The huge rectangular construction counts 30 by 70 meters and consists of 30 underground rooms.
The town of Fermo is dominated by an imposing cathedral and its territory can be divided into two parts: the historical medieval part and the new industrial one. Fermo is one of the most important centers of the region in terms of history, cultural events and business flourishing. The area provides a varied landscape with sea and hills, ranging from the beaches of Lido di Fermo, Casabianca and Marina Palmense, to the quaint village of Torre di Palme overlooking the sea. Together with Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, the province of Fermo is part of the Monti Sibillini National Park.
The heart of the town beats in the main square, Piazza del Popolo where you will also find other interesting edifices such as the Palazzo dei Priori, the representative office of the Municipality, the Art Gallery and the Piceno Archaeological Museum. The Aquila Theatre is one of the major opera houses in Italy with great capacity. Fermo is also rich in churches, with the most famous one being the Cathedral or Duomo of Fermo. The whole area offers a panoramic view named Belvedere or Piazzale del Grifalco, hard to miss. In the historical center, there are magnificent ancient fountains including Fontana Episcopato, Fontana del Duomo, Fonte di San Francesco di Paola and many others. Apart from the plethora of museums, churches and historic buildings, Fermo is also home to the Faculty of Cultural Heritage which belongs to the University of Macerata.
