The structure can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Villa is all on one floor and has a splendid viewpoint that is ideal for an aperitif with friends to be consumed, perhaps, while admiring the sunset. It will welcome you in its comfortable living area, a large and very bright open space. From here you can access, through a large sliding window, the terrace with its wonderful view of the world around you. The terrace is covered so it can be used for different occasions and at different times of the day.
Also in the living area, there is also a sofa bed, which in need can offer hospitality to 2 other people. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and a wi-fi system for wireless Internet connection. Villa Occidente offers maximum hospitality in its outdoor areas which are enriched by a beautiful swimming pool 10 meters long by 5 meters wide with a unique view of Mount Sparacio and a verdant landscape. The infinity will open a wonderful world ahead of you suspended between the water and the sky.
Also outside there is also a solarium area, with comfortable deck chairs, and a shower. You will then find a pleasant veranda covered by a canopy that will offer you shelter from the sun but will also allow you to enjoy, both during the day and in the evening, additional space for lunch, dinner, or for your convivial moments with family or friends. The veranda is obviously furnished with a table and chairs.
Around the house, there is an enclosed land of about 2 hectares with private parking inside. By car from here, it will be very easy to reach the coast with its extraordinary beaches such as that of Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito lo Capo, that of the Faraglioni, or Cala Rossa. You can also treat yourself to a beautiful excursion on a sailing boat, with lunch on board, to discover the Faraglioni of Scopello or the splendid coves of the Zingaro Reserve between crystal clear sea, beautiful backdrops, breathtaking landscapes, lots of relaxation, and lots of fun. Alessandro, an experienced skipper brother of the owner of the house, will be at your complete disposal for a tour departing from Castellamare del Golfo between towers, traps, and wonderful bays where you can, during the stops at anchor, dive, and swim surrounded by fish. of different species snorkeling freely. Lunch on board will be served in the splendid Cala dell'Uzzo. During the excursion, the boat will head to the Blue Grotto and the Lovers' Grotto to give you unique emotions.

The Tempietto di Santa Crescenza, and the torrazzo, all in Normanic-Arabesque style, will pique your interest. More towers are springing up along the shore, especially at Scieri, Mpisu, and Isulidda. You may read about some of the discoveries made on the seafloor in the Museo del Mare, or Sea Museum, including fragments of a Norman ship that lie deep below - near the place where San Vito lo Capo's icon, the lighthouse, sits.
