The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy, and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama. Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen also equipped with a wood oven and a third bathroom. The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.
Fontane Bianche is a beach with roughly 1.200 meters of white sand and is one of Siracuse's most famous shoreline sections. It isn't actually a town or even a village, but it arose in the 1960s when people in Siracuse began to build vacation homes and apartments there. From there, the area became well-known for its beautiful turquoise sea and wonderful beach, which is ideal for sand lovers and families with children.
Deep-sea divers and snorkelers who come to investigate the reefs along the cliff portion appreciate Fontane Bianche as well. The beach is flanked by colorful hotels and restaurants, which are ideal for escaping the sun and unwinding with some delicious cuisine. If you're in the mood to party, there are several clubs along the beach to choose from.
