Villa Delle Grazie is a corner of Paradise overlooking the Sorrento coast, surrounded by nature and with an amazing view of the Gulf of Naples dominated by Mount Vesuvius, where hospitality is our priority. The two-story villa, with a total area of over 350 square meters, guarantees very large and bright spaces, that can host up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms.
The building dominates the coast and guarantees complete privacy and confidentiality. It is accessed through a paved garden with lemon trees, grapefruits, banana trees, and palm trees. The scent of nature and sea breeze will make you relax until you reach the front door, opening which you will be captured by the Portuguese pink marble floor and the unique elegance of a living room with huge windows, two sofa corners, and two crystal tables.
The charming furnishings are complemented by ancient Etruscan vases and original paintings. The living room leads to the veranda, which resembles the prow of a ship, where you can sit and glance at the sea. From here you will admire the grandeur of Mount Vesuvius and get lost in the colors of the Gulf of Naples.
The area is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue area with tables, chairs, a sofa, and a Bluetooth audio system. In the living area, there is also an elegant kitchen with a Brazilian black marble top. In addition to everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, coffee grinder, dishwasher, five-burner hob, fridge, and freezer.
From the veranda, and from almost all the other rooms on the ground floor, you can access the outdoor spaces of Villa Delle Grazie. Dive into the beautiful swimming pool, measuring 9 meters long by 4 meters wide and 1.25 meters deep, also suitable for children, or relax in the entire surrounding area equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, and sun loungers. The outdoor spaces, in the entrance area of the house, also offer nice parking.
In the night area upstairs, instead, you will find 3 double bedrooms, each with a private furnished terrace, king-size bed, and a very luxurious bathroom, and a suite with a hydromassage bathtub, which is the largest of the four rooms of the Villa. The suite is divided into two areas: a private living room with a double sofa bed and with private bathroom and the master bedroom. Each room boasts a particularity: copper works used as a headboard, walls decorated with paintings that address great artists, ancient Roman vases used as furnishings, travertine marble bathrooms, and much more. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter and satellite TV with an Internet connection.
Villa Delle Grazie has a strategic position: Sorrento is just 15 minutes away, Positano 25. You can walk to the Circumvesuviana station of Seiano and in a few minutes, you will arrive in Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples. Vico Equense is 1,5 km away and can be reached both on foot and by public transport. Less than a kilometre away you will find Marina di Seiano with many lidos, both free and private, fresh fish restaurants, pizzerias, and nightclubs.
