Nestled in the peaceful village of Pejeng, near to the cultural town Ubud, Villa Candi Kecil Tiga makes a great holiday home for families or groups of friends on Bali island. This charming 3-bedroom villa features traditional architecture with the signature alang-alang roofing, tropical open-plan living space, and a real spacious garden with a private swimming pool area to cool off and sunbathe to the sounds of nature. Had enough of all of the peace and quiet? Head off to explore the city of Ubud, munching some raw chocolate cakes, drinking organic coffee, and sipping delicious health smoothies after cycling through the rice paddies or encountering monkeys in the Monkey Forest. Coming home to your private villa, away from all of Ubud's hustle and bustle is a blessing every time! Beneath the high soaring thatched rooftop of the living pavilion, guests enjoy all modern comforts touched up with the lovely views over the garden and pool.

The interior design is elegant and natural, featuring a bamboo sofa lounge where the whole family can sit together with drinks and popcorn, watching movies in the evening on the flat-screen TV with a DVD player. In the middle of the living room stands a handsome teak dining table with rattan chairs and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and stools to enjoy your coffee in the morning. The pavilion is enriched by some tasteful traditional artifacts and the ceiling fans make the living room a nice airy place to hang out any time of the day.

The swimming pool couldn't look more inviting as it shimmers in the hot tropical sun, fringed by tropical plants and trees. After swimming some laps in the pool, relax on the rattan reclining chairs, sip from a freshly made juice and work on that gorgeous tropical island tan. Kids will love also love splashing around in the water of the pool or playing on the manicured green grass lawn. The garden is big enough for them to chase a ball in the afternoon before another wonderful family dinner is ready to be enjoyed in the comfort of your holiday home on Bali island.

All the three bedrooms at Villa Candi Kecil Tiga feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to the garden, providing guests with a wonderful view to wake up to every morning during their stay. Inside, the rooms are furnished with air-conditioning and canopied four-poster beds draped by white mosquito nets. The en-suite bathrooms feature a tropical open-air design for showering beneath the stars. Bathroom amenities are catered for.

Ubud is considered to be Bali's cultural heart and here you will find the most important art museums of Bali. It's just an hour's drive north of the airport and among the mountains. Ubud is also home to one of Bali's royal families and it features a majestic palace in the center of town. Ubud is also renowned as a crafts center. The Elephant Cave (Goa Gajah) is located just 10 minutes south of Ubud and is one of the most sacred places of Bali. Along with this, there is a great variety of Hindu temples that you can visit for free or with a small donation.

Ubud is a great place for shopping and almost a sophisticated experience in respect to the more mass production touristy shops of Kuta. You can also get holistically healed in one of the exclusive spas of Ubud; an experience that can be shared with the whole family and friends.
