Well situated in central Seminyak on Jalan Sari Dewi, the alley drive from Jalan Kayu Aya Oberoi (next to Oberoi Hotel) connected to Jalan Dhyana Pura and all the great beach lounges and bars. It’s a 5-minute walk in either direction to restaurants, boutiques, and the beach.

Five old girlfriends stayed in Villa Vitari this month, we all loved it so much we want to come back again next year.
Jero was a lovely cook/housekeeper and Gusti our guide/driver was so much fun! Nothing was too much trouble.
The beds, facilities, bathrooms & pool were all in great condition and kept spotlessly clean. Because of all the little nooks and seating areas it was easy to find a quiet space although we spent most of our time on the communal lounge by the pool.
Everything we needed was provided and felt very safe.
We travel to Bali regularly and have stayed in many villas in the Seminyak area so we have a fairly good idea of what to expect from the typical villa (staff, amenities etc). Villa Vitari exceeded our expectations in every respect. Staff spoke English very well, were lovely to talk to and very accommodating to all our requests. Even after hours we had access to a concierge service and could book a taxi, make restaurant reservations and order pretty much anything we wanted at any hour. Thanks Octavia!
The location of the villa is perfect. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the centre of Seminyak beach and around 10-15 minutes to walk to Seminyak square and the end of Kayu Aya or "eat street".
The bedrooms are large, (the main bedroom is huge) have ceiling fans and great air conditioners and the indoor / outdoor bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The large yard area is fantastic for those with children and the pool is large enough and very easy to fence off for those with toddlers (we did). The pool and yard are both cleaned daily.
The rooms are also immaculately cleaned every day and sheets and towels were changed daily.
Breakfast is huge and can be ordered a day in advance at whatever time suits you. We ordered eggs and bacon, muesli, yoghurt, pancakes as well as fresh fruit. Beautifully presented thank you Yuyun and delicious.
All in all our experience here was amazing. The place is serene and beautiful and perfect for those who want to have easy access to the beach and most of the best shops, spas, restaurants and bars in Bali but also want a peaceful oasis to return to and relax by the pool. It's the best of both worlds. 10/10.
Villa Viitari is a beautiful villa, located a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops of buzzing Seminyak, but also just far enough away to be very peaceful. We had a fantatic stay and loved the luxury facilities, there beds are very comfortable and we really enjoyed feeding the beautiful carp in the fish pond! The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and the cooked breakfast was amazing. They kept the place immaculately clean.
We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone who wants to visit wonderful Bali.

We stayed at Villa Vitari for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of our time there (it looks exactly like the photos!). The stunning gardens and Balinese style, open-plan living were such a delight, as were the outdoor bathrooms (although prepare for mosquitos!).
The villa is located around a 10 minute walk down a few winding back streets from Seminyak Centre, Ku De Ta and the beach (those who have difficulty walking long distances should consider this if you plan on walking into Seminyak often). We also stayed during wet season and the daily thunderstorm meant there were a lot of puddles, a bit of a problem when walking at night!
We were served breakfast every morning and the staff, Jero and our gardener, were absolute sweethearts and very kind to us. You have a choice of a western or Indonesian breakfast and can make any adjustments/ additions you wish at cost price - just check in with the staff before breakfast the next day.
The staff at the villa are also able to arrange a driver, scooters, etc. Our driver's name was Gusti and we highly recommend him! Gusti was friendly, honest and took us anywhere and only where we wanted to go and waited patiently for us (for a great price, too).
Aside from a few minor hiccups with the plumbing system (the hot water in the shower drops in and out - it's Bali after all!) and the wifi being a tad unreliable, this villa is perfect for laid back families and/or couples. Seminyak is an area specialising in trendy and very good restaurants, clubs and spas, but the beach here is notoriously dirty, especially in the morning when the tide goes out. If you choose to stay in Seminyak, Villa Vitari is a great place to base yourself and still be within reach of Kuta (5-10 minute drive), Nusa Dua (30 minute drive) & Sanur (40+ minute drive). The open-plan living does mean that the communal areas are difficult to keep clean and tidy. We also recommend you ask for extra pool and bath towels (they are not changed every day and don't dry well in the humidity).
