Uma Berawa boasts 5 bedrooms spreading over two storeys. Each room delights with modern contemporary design tinged with Balinese sensibilities. Large glass windows ensure an ample mix of natural light and natural views at every turn. All bedrooms on the top floor overlook the magnificent garden pool and adjacent areas. The two ground floor bedrooms open out to the garden a few steps from the pool. Each room comes with a king-sized bed, en-suite, TV and AC.

All living spaces on the ground floor are interconnected by a long L-shaped corridor. The lush garden area of Uma Berawa exudes an easy and relaxed tropical ambience with the pool as its centrepiece. One side of the pool wall is densely covered by tropical foliage of all kinds, mixing harmoniously textured leafy greenery and tall palm trees, conjuring an irresistible island vibe. Choose to laze the day away on the lounge chairs or gather around the sheltered lounge area poolside with your favourite book and beverage. The sprawling greenery continues around the outside wall of the entire villa, integrating nature into all indoor living spaces and culminating at a quaint herb garden.

The opulent living room in Uma Berawa integrates with great comfort a lounge area with a fully furnished modern kitchen, linked by a large dining table. Stylish pieces of furniture and meticulous furnishings are complemented by carefully selected art pieces strategically placed to elevate the ambience of the space. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls usher in natural light aplenty with one side opening out to the garden pool area and the verdant greenery on the other. There is also an additional kitchen adjacent to the one in the living room. The second lounge area on the top floor is the cosiest, promising to be the most exquisite space in the entire villa. With views of rice fields right next to it and open wall, this idyllic corner is perfect for an afternoon tea, or simply reading a book.

About the Location

Indonesia, Bali, Canggu

Canggu Beach is a coastal village of Bali located between Seminyak and Tanah Lot. People have migrated there to escape the congestion of Kuta and Seminyak. Its coastline comprises diverse black-sand beaches that are popular with surfers from around the world. Canggu is split into three major areas; Batu Bolong, Berawa, and Pererenan. The countryside of Canggu Beach features verdant rice fields and is a residential area of choice among many Bali expatriates where also plenty of beautiful villas have been established. As Bali’s expatriate neighborhood and surfing area, Canggu has among the island’s latest surf camps, bar and restaurant openings, and shops catering to an international clientele.
