Dimitra villa is a moderately spaced, two-story villa contained in its own garden area and sharing a communal swimming pool with the other resort villas, a ground floor lounging and dining area connects to the house. The villa holds one double bedroom and a single room on the lower level and a further single bedroom on the upper level, that has its own wc/shower. The villa also contains a spacious living area that connects to the kitchen facility. For your hygiene, the villa houses a toilet facility/bathroom containing a showering unit.
Only a small walk to the beautiful beach and clear waters of Sani bay, the villa is ideal for families or groups of up to 4-5 people. However, if you wish to stay in the Muses Villa resort the villa contains communal grounds, and the villa shares a pool with adjacent residents.
Sani is a very large resort located about 85km from Thessaloniki, on the northwestern shore of Kassandra peninsula. The area around the settlement is reputed to have one of the most pleasant climates in northern Greece. Sani was once an ancient colony of Eretria and today it belongs to the modern settlement called Stavronikita, named after Stavronikita Monastery on Mount Athos which had built a sort of colony on the site during the Middle Ages. Sani is a very large (4 square kilometers) self-contained grouping that consists of several hotels, private villas, restaurants, many optimum beaches, many hiking trails, a 250-acre nature preserve, and a small circular marina.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. The first leg and most popular one is Kassandra with plenty of tourist resorts and organized beaches. The second peninsula is Sithonia, with less organized resorts and more secluded coves. The third peninsula, Mount Athos, is a nearby monastic community where entrance is allowed only to men and after special permission. Very interesting is a boat trip from Ouranoupolis that makes the tour of Mount Athos, a region with lovely beaches and impressive Byzantine monasteries.
