On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (or 2 double beds), a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished balcony with a panoramic view of the beach.

Avaton Presidential Suite has a double private pool, private garden and can accommodate up to 6 people in total (max 4 adults and 2 children).
Koumitsa is a beautiful beach in the northeast borders of Agio Oros, Halkidiki, near Nea Roda. In fact Koumitsa comprises two beaches that are separated by rocks; an organized one and a non-organized one. The organized one extends to 800m and has thick soft sand. To the western end of this part of Koumitsa, you will find a beach bar where you can enjoy refreshments, a tavern with local delicacies and fresh fish and a playground. The non-organized part of Koumitsa, extends to 2km yet it is a narrower beach in respect to the organized one. It includes soft sand as well and it is ideal for visitors who seek for privacy and seclusion in a tranquil beach with crystalline waters.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki.
