On the ground floor, there is a living room, a dining table, an open plan kitchen, a minibar, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), and one bathroom with a shower. In the outdoor area, there is a furnished terrace with a private pool with an in-build sunbed which tantalizes the feeling of relaxation. The villa has a private pool and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Koumitsa is a beautiful beach in the northeast borders of Agio Oros, Halkidiki, near Nea Roda. In fact Koumitsa comprises two beaches that are separated by rocks; an organized one and a non-organized one. The organized one extends to 800m and has thick soft sand. To the western end of this part of Koumitsa, you will find a beach bar where you can enjoy refreshments, a tavern with local delicacies and fresh fish and a playground. The non-organized part of Koumitsa, extends to 2km yet it is a narrower beach in respect to the organized one. It includes soft sand as well and it is ideal for visitors who seek for privacy and seclusion in a tranquil beach with crystalline waters.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. The first leg and most popular one is Kassandra with plenty of tourist resorts and organized beaches. The second peninsula is Sithonia, with less organized resorts and more secluded coves. We spent 2 weeks at the hotel and didn’t want to leave! Wonderful food and friendly staff, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay.
Probably the best place that I ever stayed in Greece. Beautiful rooms, we had a small pool on our balcony. Amazing view. Rooms are clean, mini bar full of things. Breakfast amazing, like in the best 5 star hotels. We had a half board so you can choose if you want the lunch or the dinner to be included. Food at the restaurant is really art! They do deserve Michelin star! Staff is super friendly and professional. Beach amazing. Umbrellas, sun bed and towels first lass, service on the beach too.
We liked the peace and quiet of this place. We liked the service. The staff as a whole is at a very high level !!! We liked the location of the restaurant and the view of the bay. We were accommodated in a residence with a swimming pool. We are satisfied with the cleanliness. Nice furniture, nice and comfortable mattresses and pillows. The yard is also quite nice, with a small pool and everything you need ... Overall the apartment is nice.
Breakfast and dinner both were excelent. The view from the villa was perfect. The restaurant and the service at the beach were first class.
Avaton Luxury Villas Resort is the ideal destination for someone who wants to rest and clean his mind!! The atmosphere so friendly that only exudes tranquility, in this helps the excellent location between mountains and sea. Your suites were complete with a private pool, the decoration so elegant, the spaces very clean and comfortable that make you feel like you are at home. The excellent cuisine, breakfast, lunch and dinner full. Your sweets and cocktails incredibly! All of these are completed by your kindly service and of cource your smile! We certainly would like to visit you again. We wish you a great summer!
