Three independent villas grouped around gardens and patios and a central square garden between the houses to create a sense of community, perfect for large gatherings of friends and family, right in the centre of the plot.

Villa Levandi at Yiameli Villas Zante is a luxury villa rental with 5 bedrooms and a private pool. The largest of the three villas of the Yiameli group. The approach was to create a chic with a little of French inspiration family home with a simple interior backdrop.
Approximately 1500 square metres of land surrounds the plot, built with handcrafted stone, old building materials that blend into the environment of the island and the history of the landscape. It has its own swimming pool, outside dining area with BBQ, comfortable sofas at the terraces, carpets and candles and “cosy” corners under the olive trees. With incredible sea views to the magnificent Ionian Sea, this impressive villa sleeps up to nine in five bedrooms.
There are two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a single room which shares a bathroom on the first floor, a double bedroom with a bathroom on the entrance level and a further en-suite studio room with its own entrance, completely independent, ideal to accommodate older children or stuff. Three of the bedrooms can be made up as either double or twins. Levandi is a great option for a larger family group, and of course, can be taken in conjunction with the other two properties on the site to bring a possible capacity of up to fifteen people.
Volimes village is located 30km northwest of Zakynthos Town and is in the mountainous part of the island, extending from Mt Vrachionas to the northern seas. Volimes is the capital of the mountain villages of Zakynthos. The natural beauty of the landscape will enchant you with its pine forests, olive groves, and vineyards coloring the crystalline waters of its beaches. Volimes is also famed for its magnetic sunset. There are many monasteries and churches in this village to admire such as the monastery of Agios Andreas, the picturesque church of Agios Georgios, built-in part to the steep slope of the mountain, and the church of Agia Paraskevi with remarkable paintings. Volimes involves numerous caves and the hallmark of the island, its shipwreck found in a unique beach surrounded by white, sheer cliffs, lush and soft, golden sand and is accessed by boat only.
Zakynthos, or Zante, is among the most beautiful and popular islands of the Ionian Sea. Located south of Kefalonia, Zakynthos has the most intense nightlife of all Ionian Islands, which makes it a popular destination with younger crowds. The area was our favourite part of the island, its very peaceful and picturesque. There are beaches within walking distance of the property, however a car is needed to get to local places. There are some lovely restaurants in the area, such as El Sueno and The Old Windmill.
Katerina the owner is lovely, she welcomed us and could not do more for us. Its such a nice thing to meet the owner and have that personal touch. We will definitely be returning to Yiameli Villas :)
