This house was named after the old olive tree, which is situated in the villa's garden. Villa Dopia is a small two-story villa measuring 85sqm with one bedroom suitable for 2-3 persons. A wooden staircase leads to the first-floor pastel-colored bedroom which overlooks the apartment below and contains a double bed made from wrought iron and decorated with matching furnishings.
Tragaki is a picturesque mountainous village found in a green valley 11km north of Zakynthos Town. The village’s beautiful landscape is composed of olive groves and vineyards. Tragaki offers spectacular views of the Ionian Sea. The surrounding area includes important monuments and monasteries pinned on the hills with magnificent views of the countryside. The main attraction of Tragaki is the monastery of Spilia on top of the hill. According to the local tradition, the icon of the Virgin was found at a small cave near the church. In one word it was "superb". The owners are very kind and very helpful. We complainted about creak bed after first night and they fixed it immediately. The breakfast was big like for "king" and tasty. Location and wifi was very good. The pool is big and amazing. They have a very nice garden with lovely smell.
The place is just so beautiful: single houses in stones, colorful flowers, swings where you can chill during the day and stare at the starry sky, chill out corners to rest under the shade ... a stunning swimming pool that perfectly fit in the landscape (not those ugly design) ... Tastefully decorated both outside the house and inside. Large stone houses with multiple balconies, windows, very spacious. Clean and fresh! The hostesses are amazingly kind and helpful (both mother and daughter) Just look are the pictures and it is exactly what you ll get and even more ... Great value for price !
This place is amazing! The property is almost magical, with the amount of green and flowers. The apartments ar very spacious and clean, they make your bed and clean the bathroom everyday. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great, we were off season so the things in walking distance were closed, so a car was quite useful, but that's recommended anyway for this Island, but even on foot you would be fine for the beach and most important stuff. If you want something a bit more authentic, beautiful, quiet and comfortable; this is your place!
Spacious apartment with all equipment we needed, great garden with pool and trees providing shade. We got warm greeting by the owner and everyone was very nice. The apartment is cleaned on a daily basis.
I loved everything! The host was amazing. The ground were actually incredible, the gardens are stunning and there are so many beautiful little areas to sit and chill. The pool hadn't been completed yet when we stayed but the guys were working hard and I'm sure it will fit in with the surrounding grounds perfectly when they are finished. The beds were really comfy and inside the house was decorated so wonderfully, all that woodwork, WOW! I am literally running out of words to describe how perfect this place is! It is super easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants but is still very much in the countryside, I even seen glow worms for the first time! Really such a beautiful place
We self-catered for most of the week we were there but treated ourselves to breakfast prepared by the staff on two days. It was lovely to have such fresh food served in our room so that we could eat it on the balcony. Excellent.
